Cons: There were some light scratches on a couple of plates when we opened our box. We were in desperate need of dishware so decided to look past some of the imperfections since it was still functional and not broken. After doing first wash through dish washer and taking them out, I realized that stacking them = bottom of the top plate would grind on top of the bottom plate (hopefully you understand that because it can be confusing reading what I just explained). So you may want plate cloth separator if you’re particular of how your plate looks! We don’t care at this point because it came with a couple of scratches already… no more scratches have been made yet after several of uses and stacking because we are gentle with it. Pro: The bowls, plates, and mugs all feels sturdy, in my opinion. I have broken lots of thinner dishware from setting them down after washing. These are solid. I need solid, long lasting dish sets. Im not one to get new sets every season or year. It’s got a unique look to it. I haven’t seen a set that looks like this. They style is simple and the way our kitchen is set up, it looks “modernly elegant.” I don’t know if that’s a thing, but it is now! I was so excited for this set. I love the sage color and the pasta bowls are lovely, thick and what you’d expect from stoneware. However one came damaged and the broken chip isn’t in the box so they were packed damaged. Packing, however was very well done and they were secure in shipping. There’s a little more black speckling in the plates than in the photos which I don’t personally care for but the glaze is done very well and there’s no pinpoint holes or bubbles. The very bottom of the dishes are a grittier feel so we’ll see what happens to the surfaces when they’re stacked in the cupboard. I’m very disappointed that I have a brand new set of 4 with only 3 of one piece and cannot set a matching table. Customer service is closed for the weekend. I’m hoping on Monday they will send another pasta bowl. ... show more

I am obsessed with these pieces, every single one is gorgeous. I’ve been using them for just about a year now and they are super sturdy unless you drop it really hard and smash it. Get complements all the time!! Color is exactly that as in images.
