  • Very cool!
Color: Gray&White
EDIT: I've been using this about once a week for 5 straight months and it's still working perfectly! I was able to wash a queen size duvet COVER (not the insert) and it cleaned very well! Obviously, it's too big for the spin dryer. I just used this for the first time and I'm impressed at how well it cleans! I washed a bunch of shirts and towels and they all came out very clean and smelling fresh! I saw a lot of reviewers complaining the directions were nondescript and not helpful, but the directions definitely helped me. Still, it's a simple machine that is really not hard to figure out. The water inlet hose is really pretty useless. It's much easier and faster to just fill the tub with a bucket or shower hose. The spin dryer works very well! It got my microfiber bath towel 97% dry after spinning for less than 1 minute. I could only put a few things in there at a time, if you put too much in it clunks around like crazy. I also wring things out a little before putting them in the spinner but I don't think that's actually necessary. I only have two small gripes with this machine, 1) It's pretty loud. Because the washer and spinner both spin so fast and aggressively it is not only loud but it also vibrates a little. I will only use it when my landlord isn't home because he lives below me. 2) I just wish the drain hose was a little longer. I'm very happy with this washer, hopefully it lasts a long time! I did buy a 3 year protection plan though, just in case. ... show more

  • Great Little Machine!
I lived in Costa Rica for 6 years and these (full size version) are your typical washer there. We use this one for our camper and it works great! There is a trick to using them though. First off, don't overload it! These things are very simply made and can last a super long time BUT you can damage the machine and shorten it's life if you continuously over load it. Second, Use a small wash bag for your socks or other thin items. They can migrate to the spinner and get stuck on the bottom. They are easy to get out but a pain so just use a small wash bag and you will be golden. How I wash: Put your clothes & detergent in and fill with water. Wash for 15 minutes. Drain. Then spin them. I don't spin for the full 5 minutes, just enough to get most of the water out (like 1 minute or 2). Because the spinner is much smaller you will need to do 3 separate spins or so per load. Then re-load the spinner clothes back into your washer and fill with ONLY water to rinse them. Drain. Once done, spin again. On the final spin I do use the full 5 minutes before putting the clothes into my mini dryer. This machine is really great! Here are my load sizes: 2 towels, 6 T-shirts, 3 pairs of jeans, Twin sheets (I would NOT wash anything bigger than a twin sheet, it throws the the balance off in the spinner because it's just too heavy), 3 pairs of shoes. Like I mentioned above we also bought the mini dryer off of Amazon and we love that too! We are really happy with our purchase! ... show more

  • Washes clothes, but needs better engineering, broke after a month Washes clothes, but needs better engineering, broke after a month
Color: Gray&White
This product does a fine job of cleaning clothes; however, the engineering put into it was very lazy. The bottom of the machine clearly has a spot where wheels COULD have been attached, or at least included as an optional addon, but were sadly not. Luckily it is light enough to pickup and move. The drain pipe could be longer or at least easily replaceable with a longer pipe, instead my options are limited as to where I can use this machine (in the bath tub exclusively) The worst part is, after a month's use the spin dry has rubbed a hole through the side of the inner wall. I realize that you cannot put too much into the spinner otherwise it may be out of balance, but sometimes that does not even matter. I put a few clothing items in the spinner, level it off, and switch it on. The entire machine will STILL shake and I have to immediately switch it off to make adjustments. Sometimes this can go on 5-6 times before it finally will spin properly. These short instances are what rubbed a hole in the side wall. The sad part is that simply better engineering could have solved this. Less sway on the drum or a wider operation area would have done the trick. I guess not much QA went into this product. Disappointed for the price. ... show more

  • Nice!
Color: Gray&White
I just unboxed this washer and started using it, and it works pretty well! I live in an apartment without washer hookups and I didn't want to pay the extra money washing my work clothes 3 times a week, so this is looking to be a life saver! So far, I only filled it halfway with three shirts and some small stuff and I think I still could have fit more, and with a full tub I think it could wash a pretty good size load! It washes very well, but my only complaint is it is very awkward to carry into the tub to drain it since the power cord isn't long enough to be closer, and its a little hard to find a good spot for it. The spin cycle works great and if you don't add water to it, it makes your clothes 90% dry in 5 minutes! It leaves a few lint specks on your shirts, but overall I think this is a pretty good little washer for in between loads. ... show more

  • Great little machine
Color: Gray&White
Giantex was the name of the washer, BUT, it came in a Costway box. There is no brand name on the machine at all. I watched videos from people who bought the machine from Amazon too and there is a product name on their machine. Also it says and shows on videos there is a lint trap. There is no lint trap that I can find on this. After a load there is lint left in the machine or hanging on clothes, ick, yes, ick! Overall, the machine so far is well worth us not hauling laundry out of the house. Please note for us even a tablespoon of soap was too much. I did three rinses and still had soap in the water. Next time will use half of that amount. The cord is not long enough so we are restricted to where we set it, the fill tube doesn't fit on our sink. We will buy an appliance extension cord and I suppose buy a bucket for filling. None of these issues would stop me from buying this again provided we got two years use from this lil gem! Anyone know where if anyplace we could buy replacement hoses if needed? More then 12 uses now and would like to report: When spinning water out the load must be placed even or the machine will shake and make a huge noise until you properly set the items in. Never mix items with flannels or socks anything that will shed lint on other items. This is my biggest complain. I added a nylon sock to catch the lint and there is a lot, but still the clothing has so much lint if the load is not all cotton.I have been washing pajama pants and each time no matter how I layer them into the machine they get tied together and we struggle to undo the knots the machine creates. This machine is good for quick small must have items but I will leave other items for the laundromat. ... show more

  • It’s ok nothing special does what it should don’t expect perfection
So got this thinking it would be nice for doing laundry since we have a shared laundry with another guy in the building. Thought this be nice for in between bigger washes. It does work really light weight and can move from one spot to another. I with they had a hose that hooked up to non basic facet I was going to use kitchen sink for this but no go so it have it set up in shower and use the hand sprayer to fill it with water ( little pain but whatever just need to rig something else up) wish it had wheels and locks on the wheels cause it does like to bounce when you use the spinner. Spinner works good if you have one or two items in it depending on how think and heave the material is. But washing is awesome you can clearly see all dirt leave the cloths. After spinning like I said depending on thickens the stuff is still damp I just toss in our shared dryer for 10 mins on high and cloths are dry or just about dry which I’m ok with. I am thinking of getting a mini dryer also but time will tell when I can find one for reasonably price. Good item tho not perfect I’d say I didn’t get money worth but it’s ok. I’ll use it and see how long it lasts might update with a video in a day or two while I work out some quirks ... show more

  • With every penny!
I purchased this after months of looking into every company I could look up, and tons of YouTube reviews and amazon reviews. I read and watched it all, and was still nervous upon order. I’m glad I took the chance. Literally a game changer, especially with small spaces and kids! After owning it and using it DAILY, I want to address the most common complaints: If you overload the wash area or over compensate for soap amount you can’t complain when it works incorrectly! Also: the spin area is AMAZING! Everything is literally 90% dry when taken out. DONT OVERLOAD IT! It spins so fast I can’t explain it, and the leveling piece is great! I’ve literally never had to keep anything in the spin for over 3 minutes to get it as close to dry as possible, and I’ve never had the “shaking” issue people mention because again, I don’t try to overload it. I haven’t had any isssues at all with the entire machine and I think it’s amazing! It’s not loud at all, and I was prepared for the hose to be garbage, which it was, and even the company prewarns you about on the site info, but I don’t mind simply filling it by hand with a pitcher anyway. I found that most of the complaints where from people who generally wanted a top grade actual washing machine for the price of this compact washer. If you are too lazy for the two extra steps then don’t purchase it. I’ll take saving my money and breaking down one load into two spin cycles over hauling to the laundry mat or the room on site where my clothes get ruined from previous peoples wash detergent or other things, and also just the amount of money and time. The max time for a wash is 15 minutes, I’ve only ever used it on a towel load, 9 is my go to wash cycle and is always enough! So all in all, 12 minutes and you’re done compared to hours of mass loading and drying or waiting until all your stuff is dirty to wash, those days are gone. I’m very pleased with my purchase and hope this lasts! ... show more

  • Great little apartment washer
Update! After a year of use- and having cats, the drain clogged inside underneath the unit with no access to get it unclogged- even after taking (what we could reach) apart. Also used a toothed plastic drain snake, the drain pipe is curved so couldn’t reach the clog. The manufacturer NEEDS to create a way to clean and/or clear a lint/hair clog. Great little apartment washer! It’s not an automatic water fill washer - you either fill it with the hose supplied from the faucet or use a bucket. The wash bucket side is roomy enough - I washed 4 XXL long sleeve henleys, 2 pair of underwear with no problem. It’s only large enough for one large mans pair of jeans- which is ok with me. Very strong agitation on the wash side. If you wash what you wear each day or two it’s great. The spin side doesn’t hold what the wash side holds- I did one shirt at a time just to spin the water out. I did not use water in the spin side. To rinse, your best bet is to re-fill the washer side with water and rinse clothes that way. It works well. The spin side works really is great to get the water out! Clothes dry very fast hanging them. I recommend this for apartment use for clothing only. It’s great! Would have given 5 stars if the washer hoses were heavier made and use does require a little work with watching water level and splitting up the load to spin it. ... show more
