I'm very happy with this! It was pretty easy to put together, took maybe an hour with some TV on in the background. Perfect size, great price while still having a nice look with the bamboo, very lightweight. Other reviews mentioned concerns of wood splitting while tightening screws... I didn't have an issue but I was being mindful. As with most furniture assembly, screw in just enough to hold while you assemble, then at the end when all is in its right place, go through and tighten everything up a bit. With this type of wood do not overtighten. It's for lightweight stuff like holding towels so it's perfect for what it is and the price.

The material is a bit cheap but it works for me still looks very nice and it’s not wobbly like some things like this. The color is very nice and it has shelves with the chute. It wasn’t to hard to put together doesn’t take rocket science but I think the directions should be a little note detailed for the less experienced people that never put things together before. My bathroom is small and I think this fits great. I love the hidden laundry hamper. It fits a good amount of clothes, probably as much as a regular laundry basket. I usually have my husband put things like this together for me but I decided to tackle this one on my own. It was a little annoying but I got it together. My husband came home and saw I switched the two triangular pieces that hold the laundry basket in place (if you purchase this you'll know what I mean), and because of this there were no stoppers to hold the basket in an open position, it just fell all the way open. There are pegs that make it to where it only opens so far, so because I had them switched, the pegs were on the outside. So if you're slow like me make sure the pegs face the inside so you don't have to take it back apart like I did. 🤦♀️ Very cute though, glad I purchased!

I have a great amount of consternation every time I buy something that is pre-fabricated. Either there will be missing parts, or something won't line up properly. This is why I don't shop at Ikea In this case, three of the pilot holes were drilled to large, so the assembly screws wouldn't hold. The result was a very wobbly stand that likely would have fallen apart in 6-8 months of regular use. Thankfully, I had the proper sized screws on hand to ensure that the stand stayed together. This is something your average consumer will not have, though, and I would have had no option but to return it had I not had these screws on hand. Now that I've managed to make the stand sturdy, I really do like it. I use it as a bidet hamper in my guest bathroom. It's perfect because it allows a place to put clean cloths as well as a hide-away to stash the dirty ones. And, as a personal choice, the extra shelf allows me to keep a roll of toilet paper in there as well for those Muricans who have no idea how to use the three seashells. It's a nice stand. Just be leery that you're buying pre-fabricated.

I recently had a bathroom remodel and bought this hamper for 2 reasons: it provides two handy shelves on which to lay things and a hamper for my clothes. It makes much better use of my small toilet area where it sits and is very adequate for my needs. I like that the storage bag is removable to tote the clothes to the laundry room. Previously, I had both a hamper with a top raising lid and a cabinet for towels. It was way too crowded. This little unit is great: lightweight, attractive and very efficient. I'm glad I found it!

This was not difficult to assemble. All of the holes were in the correct places. It is sturdy and the basket is the perfect size for me. Do not believe the negative reviews claiming the holes are wrong or it was hard to put together!
