I absolutely love this item! My husband and I purchased it to replace an old, crappy piece that we had connecting our kitchen and dining room. It is so sturdy and is absolutely worth the price. The drawers are not very wide, but they are certainly useful. The storage on the shelves underneath are fantastic. I like that there is no bar in the middle of the shelving so that I can store my large serving platters in there. The extra counterspace I have gained is worth every penny. The only reason I did not rate this as 5 stars is because the assembly takes a long time...a very long time! There was a booklet of instructions which were detailed, but the booklet was sooooooo long. If you are not handy, you are certainly going to need to have someone help you. ... show more

Reasonably easy to assemble with two people, though definitely time consuming. We have one drawer and one cabinet door that does not align perfectly, but the door is not very noticeable.
