Good quality although if you want something very soft (like for on tile) maybe nor the best. Material was good on carpet as extra padding from floor and can be folded to make thicker but wouldn't want to fall down onto it as you would feel the floor if children were ruff housing on it.     • BUYER BEWARE NOT AS ADVERTISED
This is not 4 inches as advertised some places are only an inch, it is very uncomfortable. The advertisement makes it look like it’s an Amazon Prime purchase as it’s returnable until January 31st and was no shipping charge for prime members but it is not, so to return it you have to pay for it. According to the consumer protection site Fake Spot which I should’ve checked before purchasing, they get a D rating based on the thickness, calling it a scam. ... show more

Honestly, it’s closer to 1-1/2 or 2 inches thick. It’s nearly 48 hours later and there’s no way it’s puffing up to DOUBLE this size. So 2 stars, one for each inch of thickness it ACTUALLY has. Other than that, it’s a pretty comfy mattress topper, but I doubt it’s going to be as nice when I need to use it as a spare floor bed or in a tent. UPDATE: It was actually way more comfortable than I thought it would be on the floor. Still nowhere near the advertised size, but I was very pleasantly surprised (or potentially that exhausted? This mattress is made very well, material is excellent and it’s very comfortable. It fluffed up after two days, the cover was easy to put on and washes well. The storage bag is large enough to accommodate the mattress and cover. I would definitely buy again.
