    • Not as advertised.
I have had this happen more than once now with Amazon products. The last one I sent back. I kept this because I desperately needed a table. The ORIGINAL ad was for a SOLID WOOD sewing table. It said SOLID WOOD in three different places in the description. That is why I ordered it in the first place. When it arrived, it was apparent it was manufactured compressed (MDF) wood. The back is a flimsy cardboard type of material. I am very unhappy with the false advertisement. And now when I go back onto the site - the product says "manufactured wood!" No where can I find the original product I ordered. It said on the instructions that it took 50 minutes to assemble with two people. I have built my own kitchen from scratch and have put numerous pieces of furniture together. This one took about 3 hours total. Many people said in their reviews that it was flimsy or "fell apart," but I did not find this the case. We glued all the dowels in and the finished product is very sturdy. I do have an issue that you have to use one of the raw included dowels to keep the door open on the left which just seems cumbersome and cheap. I was hoping for something that I didn't have to use a free floating product to keep the door open. The leaf is only supported by this one dowel in the very front of the cabinet, so I would be very careful putting anything too heavy on the back of this area. All in all - I have to admit that it will serve its purpose. I only wish that it was an honest advertisement of what I was getting. ... show more

    • Would have been nice if not been opened before hand
Just started putting together today 2/24/23 was delivered on 2/13/23. Noticed that the box had really been beat up, but put that to delivery. Now finding out it has been opened and been removed from package. Parts bag was torn open and pieces scattered all over the place. A few scratches here and there on wooden parts from loose screws and etc. Should let customers know they are getting seconds and not new items. ... show more

    • Great little sewing/craft table, but wobbly
Exactly what I was looking for, true to color and measurements. My only upset is unless the extended table is up adding a bit of weight to the top, the item is quite wobbly. Woth the wiggle from a sewing machine I am afraid it will wear down and break faster then a more sturdy, less wobbly table would. Will update if and when it breaks, hoping it will be worth the price! Aside from that, this is a fantastic storage table and can be used for many craft spaces, not just for sewing!!! ... show more

    • Gets the job done and looks great
I use it for cutting fabric and my serger machine. It's pretty piece of furniture and serves its purpose nicely. Because of the design, There is one corner that doesn't have much support so you have to Remer not to lean or put too much pressure in that side. Other than that it's great!

Nice design, plenty of storage space and surface area, attractive looking fixture with wheels. Not difficult to assemble, could be more detailed about installing the pieces that connect the panels (left to middle). Our fixture arrived with predrilled holes which was great, but the knob hole on the single panel door was placed on the right side instead of the left side. Concern over the sturdiness of the left side flap that is only held by a single 1" long skinny dowel rod. Will see how that works over time. Giving the rating of 3 primarily because of the misplaced knob hole, which makes the door a challenge to open. Also, the hinge screws are tiny and I don't know that they will hold up with continuous use over time. ... show more

I always put together the furniture SWMBO buys. This one almost beat me. There is a part #8 - there are 3 of them. They all go in the same area. But the writing is jumbled and unless you are really paying attention (I thought I was) you can miss it. It is a lady dog putting it in after the fact. Thought I was going to break it trying. But finally got it. Directions says 2 people 50 minutes. What they don't say is "50 minutes if you have 3 years experience putting this table together 8 hours a day". Took me 3 hours and needed mama's help lifting and aligning the posts on the table top and swing arm. Got it done and she is in there playing with it now. Quality seems "OK". It ain't oak, OK? But it seems pretty well engineered and may hold out for awhile. Any problems and I will post an update. Tried to get it from another place but they kept telling us it was delayed. Amazon seller/shipper got it to using one week to the day. In fact it got here early than estimated. We spent 5 weeks at the other place. It would be WAY out of place and not FAIR to say who it was. ;) They had us on the hook for almost 5 weeks. ... show more
