    • Stability against wind gusts

My daughter and I installed the panels side by side to protect and make a cat colony area more aesthetically pleasing. The package arrived in excellent condition and in a very timely manner. The video was easy to follow, and we were able to install the panels with ease. The only issue I have had thus far is the durablilty against wind gusts. We initially added rubber mulch and extra landscape blocks on both sides of the panels for more stability; however, after a day of wind gusts of 20 mph, the fence was leaning and the single screws were coming loose from the stakes. We purchased an additional set of screws so now we have two screws in each stake to attach it to the fence panels. Additionally, we purchased two metal green u-link fence stakes and placed them on the backside of the panels in the center of each panel for added support. So far, the fence is now quite sturdy with the extra support. We're expecting wind gusts of 35 mph tomorrow, and we are praying the fence panels continue to hold fast. The panels are a little pricey but my only real issue has been the stability against wind gusts. Again, my panels were placed side by side instead of at a 90 degree angle. This might account for some of the lack of stability against wind gusts. ... show more

Instructions not clear. I ended up opening new holes where I was not supposed to open them since the instructions were really confusing. For the same reason the final product was not ideal. The screen panels were not stable

This was a quick assembly and didn’t take too much effort to put together. Instructions were clear and easy, and everything was included. I didn’t realize how heavy duty this would be. I was expecting it to be lightweight, but this is quite sturdy and will definitely last for years. It hides the air conditioning unit and makes the backyard looks more put together and cleaner, and also helps in keeping it clean during fall time when we blow leaves. ... show more

Arrived damaged with one panel that had a 2” hole. The company offered a complete refund. I wanted just a single replacement panel but the “ company” does not carry replacement parts. I elected to take a 50% discount and repair the damage myself. Packing in foam would have prevented the damage but it was just packed in cardboard box with foam fabric 1/16” thick. As for the panels, I needed a power screwdriver and a chop saw to complete assembly. Poor design in that all the screws are visible on the outside and it would have been simple to design it with the screws hidden inside. The top edge trim pieces must be cut down to size which most people wouldn’t have the tool to accomplish. You cannot use hand tools as the screws holes do not actually penetrate the material. The anchor posts slide into grooves in the upright posts but are too wide to be covered by the vertical post trim pieces requiring you to cut off the trim pieces to fit. Poor design.. it looks OK finished but beware, you will use colorful language during assembly. ... show more
