I love the firmness and thickness of this product. It really supports my lower back when doing floor exercises. I’ve purchased other mats before that has very flimsy/weak milling that could provide the necessary resistance and support to my lower back when I’m lying flat or rolling up for crunches, sit-ups or any Pilates type exercises. It also folds away very well and is compact. The product is lightweight and I love the handles that make it easy to carry.

Excellent material. The mat was very comfortable for exercises that require you to be on your back or knees. The foam is thick enough to support, but not too thick where it is bulky. Easy to clean, too. Just wipe and put away. Great purchase!

My floors are hardwood, and regular yoga mats just aren't thick enough to protect my knees, elbows, or lower back. Thicker mats are bulky and hard to roll up and store. This one is great because it folds in thirds and tucks away against a wall. Working out on it is great, too — my only wish is that the vinyl cover were a bit thicker because I'm afraid it'll tear since my cats like to walk across it when I'm using it (because, you know, cats). But overall, really happy I have it and would definitely recommend.
