I am very happy with the chest of drawers. It arrived within the given time that had been stated.It is sturdy and has ample storage. However, when it arrived, there were so many pieces that I knew it was going to take quite a while to put the chest together, and it did! The instructions were extremely unclear. We were able to eventually figure out each section until we got to the part on putting together the railings for the drawers and the cabinet sides. We are in our 70's and have put together many pieces of furniture over the years. Most of them containing drawers with railings. These were the most difficult we have done. Now that the chest is finally finished, I am very pleased with it but I doubt I will order another one unless it comes with the railings already attached to th drawers and the cabinet sides.

This drawer chest is pretty good overall. The design is simple and modern, and it fits nicely in my bedroom. The drawer provide enough space for clothes and other items, and they open smoothly most of the time. The material feels decent for the price. Assembly was easy, and all the pieces were included. It looks nice once put together and adds a clean look to the room. While it’s not perfect, it’s a good value and works well for light to medium use. I’m generally satisfied with this purchase.

First off-FOUR HOUR ASSEMBLY. Over 100 screws in this thing. Second, the instructions suck and they told me to screw in the drawer glider tracks upside down which I couldn't tell til it was upright. Not a single screw will be "done" tightening. They will just keep turning for eternity. It wobbles. It scratches if you even look at it funny. I'm going to have to get a paint marker and buy a drill to make new holes to screw 2 of the tracks on since the drawer is crooked and won't close without overlapping the one above it. I wouldn't even be as angry if this thing didn't cost so much. I physically can't take it to return it and I'm not going through another 4 hour assembly process, so I get to play handyman and try to make new holes to fix the drawer track. Watch my video. I've never been so angry in years of Amazon purchases and never felt compelled to make a video. I want at least a partial refund because this is shoddy for how much it cost.

I was a little worried about assembly based on the reviews but as long as you lay everything out, take ample time to lay the sliders out in proper groupings and don’t rush it, you should get the right results. The I labels for the sliders can be a little misleading but this ought to help; each rail is marked CL (cabinet left), CR (cabinet right), DL (drawer left) and DR (drawer right). The wheels will be on the bottom of the rail facing the front edge of the dresser for the correct cabinet rail. When you are holding the drawer as in the instuctions (upside down with the finished edge towards you), DR goes on the left with the wheel on the far end along that side edge and DL will be on the right. Do not screw in the rails unless you are certain because you run the risk of weakening or stripping out the hole. If you do need to remove them, I would use glue and be CERTAIN on the second one. Other than that, I didn’t find any issues with the instructions at the date I received it. There may have been edits because I didn’t see the problems others seemed to be confused by; the manufacturer either corrected the instructions or someone was rushing past important steps. I was a little worried by the drawer sides bowing like I’ve seen in some pictures but there is a sturdy bracket that goes straight along the middle around the halfway point in the front which if absent or incorrectly installed could make wet MDF bow like that. Just make sure all pieces are properly installed and all cam locks are tightened. I saw the suggestion of using wood glue but I didn’t find that necessary; I won’t be moving it at all and I did wobble checks along the way and found it sturdy each time. I managed to ding the outside a few times and thought I’d end up with scratches needing painting but no, the finish survived those too. Overall, I’m very happy. Once I got the drawers in and tested, I was relieved it was all in order. It’s perfect in the smaller space I needed when I upgraded from a full mattress to a queen. Nice and tall and the drawers are a good size. It fit all of my socks and underwear, two drawers of thin pants and two drawers of thick/fleece pants. I’m pretty satisfied with it all around.

Quality of the fasteners to assemble were not the best quality. Some of the locking mechanisms were bent and I had to use pliers to straighten. The drawers are not evenly spaced with small gaps between some. Installing the drawers is tricky and I ended up repairing one of the slides because the drawer got stuck and I dislodged some of the bearings trying to get the drawer out. “Fully extended” in the instructions is misleading. Just pull the silver part inside the cabinet part of the slide forward and use a little force to get the drawer in place. Ok for the price but nothing to rave about.
