Received order before due date. Shout out to FedEx deliver man who slid the huge and quite heavy base box all the way in to the bedroom. Although heavy, this base is quite manageable with two people. Lay the base top side down, open it up and remove all the inserts needed to assemble. Assembly is real easy. I screwed the legs in, which are shipped in a separate box. Then I pulled out the power cord and attached it to the cable prominently displayed under the bed. Then I inserted the INCLUDED batteries for the remote. Assembled, that’s it. We gently turned the bed over and wrestled the queen mattress on it. It is a beautiful mattress and very comfortable. Not too firm and not to soft. My husband and I suffer from back problems. I set the bed for zero gravity and turn on the head and foot massage and drift off to sleep. Handy timer for the massage. This is well worth the money. Would highly recommend the Ghost bed and adjustable base. Very well made.

This bad is not the quality that they say on the ad. My wife has had lower back surgery. We were told this would be the bed for her and it’s not it’s too firm tells us to wait 30 days and try it that’s past the window of return for Amazon so now they’re telling me I’m stuck with it.

This is the most comfortable bed.I have ever slept in. The mattress is perfect, not too soft. Not too firm. I love being able to elevate myafter working all day. The massage feature is worth its weight and gold. My only regret is that I did not purchase this bed sooner.

Everything arrived promptly and undamaged. Easy setup base is heavy. Matress is very soft but have been unable to find a way to exchange it. They make it difficult to try and find a resolution. I would probably exchange this for a different type of mattress. This was a bundle purchase for adjustable base and matress.

This is great.....I've been married for almost 40 years but now each of us with independent bed is out ofthis world. She can do massage and watch TV and have her bed in any position ahe wants and there are no discussions... Its a very good quality frame and mattress....the remote is iluminated. If you dont feel like being separate initially it comes wiyth a cable that syncs them and it converts into a King bed easily.

Ghost bed put the wrong item in the package that was labeled for what I ordered. I asked them to exchange it. They refused. They banned me from all their socials for leaving negative reviews. I filed a complaint with the FTC. 8 months later I got a letter from the Florida Attorney General saying they’d opened an investigation for fraud
