With how it's packaged it seems used/repackaged. Doesn't heat up enough to do anything to my hair. Also the wand isn't steady, the two clamp parts are slippery and wabble, doesn't feel secure. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love this product. I have been using GHD for years. The preheat timer is wonderful. It heats up in just a few seconds. I love that the straightener automatically shuts off on its own after a certain period of time. This way, I never have to worry that I forgot to turn it off! This is my third GHD. They last forever! I was skeptical at first but it heats to the optimal temperature needed for hair and without damaging your. The temperature reduced my styling time and did wonders to my wavy hair. Years ago when I was living in australia I bought a halo hair straightener about the same price and probably 6 years ago. It’s still working fine but I always wanted the GHD. Jeeeeez the difference is insane. My original was slow but still really good took awhile to straighten. I have hair down to my butt and pretty thick hair. The GHD wow.
