I love this Straightener! It's so fast to heat up to whatever temperature you want and it works so well that I don't have to go over the same area more than once! The buttons and LED readout are so helpful and also out of the way so you don't accidentally change the temperature or turn it off. It gives my hair such a healthy look and I can easily straighten it on a humid day or, I can give my layers a little flip out, or a cute little curl! It works great for all of it and then cools off quick to put it in it's travel sleeve to travel or just to store it away for my next use! I don't care for the glove much but, it is great if you're used to burning yourself by other curlers or straighteners you've used in the past. But, this is definitely the best styling tool I've ever used!

This har straightener is great. My 17 year old loved it too. The digital screen is really nice and it shows you even as the temperature is getting hotter. It's sleek and not at all bulky like some others are. It comes with a glove to protect your hand from the heat and it has a case to put it in as well for travel. The box it comes in is very nice. It's super easy to use and works nicely. We love it!!

My old hair straightener died, I researched and read lots of reviews. I decided to go with GFI hair because they have lots of good reviews. Glad I did. I love my new GFI hair straightener. It makes my hair very straight, silky and soft. This is a picture of my hair after 11 hours on a hot humid day. Still straight and pretty. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable hair straightener.

I was so excited to try out this straightener once it got delivered but I knew usually having expectations meant there was a good chance I can be let down. Instead of being let down I was actually quite impressed with a straightener that only cost me $40. The first thing I was super impressed with was how the shape of the straightener makes it super functional. It doesn’t tug on your hair during a pass through and when you want to use it as a curler it actually holds your hair in between so you can flip easily! Second thing I was impressed about was how quickly it took to heat up. That’s always a plus! Lastly, the straightener is durable but lightweight as well! I’m so happy with this purchase :)

I bought this after the straightener I had for over 10 years broke and was no longer being made so I had to find a new straightener. I have very thick coarse tightly curled hair and I have always used a straightener with very high heat settings. After reading reviews on Amazon and the internet, I decided to go with this one based on the great reviews it received and the purchase price, which is a steal for a professional product. I received it yesterday, and used it after washing and drying me hair. I use it heat protection product so after applying it I plugged in the straightener. It was heated to temp (450) in about 5 seconds as advertised. It took a couple of passes on each section of my hair to get it straight with no waves but that’s typical for my type of hair. But my hair passed through the plates smoothly with no snags and the straightener comes with a glove that protected my hand from the high heat as I was working with it. It took about the same time it usually does to completely straighten my hair ( 35-40 minutes) and looked amazing when I was done. This one works even better that the old one I had. My hair is straight, smooth and has a nice shine to it. I highly recommend this straightener to anyone with thick curly frizzy hair like mine.

This straightener works amazingly on my daughter’s hair as well as on my own hair! it is exactly what we were looking for in a straightener. We wanted one that would slide smoothly through our hair as we curled what I call beach waves into it and the GFI Hair Straightener did exactly that. It was also so nice to be able to set the heat at the exact temperature that we wanted, so it would not damage our hair. I have tried many times in the past, using various other straighteners, to get that beach wave look that you get from curling your hair hair with a straightener, but they never worked! So my daughter started the search for the right straightener and found this one and so I thought we’d give it a try and voila! …It worked wonderfully!! I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a straightener that you can set at your own desired temperature and one that glides smoothly through your hair without damaging it!

I truly love this product. It feels really good on the hand, not too bulky. It heats up extremely fast, and it runs smoothly through the hair. Some of my previous straighteners would pull on my hair, but this one never does. I also really love the fact that you have two tools in one, as you can use it to straighten or curl (really easy to use for curling), which is a big plus. If I were to add something to this product would be to add a small latch to keep it closed. However, it does come with a case for storage. Other than that, best straighter I’ve ever owned!

There is nothing I dislike about this GFI straightener but much about it I love. First off the quick delivery from the company was great as my old straightener had bit the dust. I received the product in sturdy packaging that made sure there would be no damage. The GFI straightener itself was very reasonable in price for such a high quality product. I love the design with the cool tips that allow easy styling for fun curls beside being a straight iron. It heats up instantly to high temperatures. I can’t say enough about this GFI straightener and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality hair tool for a very low price. I love my GFI straightener. Thank you.
