The machine is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The gold and white adds luxurious elegant touch. Most importantly is the Gevi Espresso Machine makes excellent espresso. The espresso brewed is a noticeable improvement from my moka espresso pot. The Gevi Espresso machine produces a considerable amount of crema in the brew which I was not getting from my moka pot. The Gevi steam milk frother also creates thick foam with almond milk. I use Organic almond milk with 3 ingredients that does not have all the gums and fillers... I was impressed with the level of foam the frother produced for the organic almond milk The only drawback is I wish the Gevi Espresso wand on the milk frother was longer. It's not a deal breaker as the Gevi milk frother froths almond milk better than my Breville stand alone milk frother. I also wished I was able to froth the milk at the same time as the espresso was brewing. You have to do one at a time. Setup and use is very simple. The manufacture video on Amazon helped me to make my purchase. The Gevi Espresso representative provided clear and concise instructions. I already knew what do do before my machine arrived. I'm happy with my purchase.

This machine is so light and chimsey that you need almost need a separate person to hold the machine while you attempt to lock in the portafilter. In addition, it doesn’t allow you to stream and brew simultaneously. That aside, my 1 cup and 2 cup buttons didn’t work upon receiving it.

The media could not be loaded. I'm a latte fan regularly using oat milk and 2% dairy milk. The Gevi froths beautifully, and recently when I had a problem with the machine, the Gevi support team gave me extraordinary effort to resolve my problem and now my machine is working beautifully again. You don't generally need warranty service, but it is nice to know it is available quickly and easily with a live support team of real humans.
