Perfect color match. Fits a white 2006 s60 having that dull grayish-slightly-brown not-tan not-beige color. Almost a “dark gray taupe” if you must. The panel has obvious structural improvements to help it hold up to wear and tear better than does the flimsy original side panel.     • Perfect fit, easy to install
1 Torx screw near the front of the part then clip the wire ties holding the seat control wiring, unplug the harness. There are 3 torx screws holding the control box to this part. It literally took 10 minutes to replace!

    • A Simple Replacement Job That You Can Do Easily.
These parts are known to break and crack. It's quite annoying. I actually ripped a pair of pants getting into my car. I wanted to replace this part, but I am not skilled at car repair. I searched the internet for how to make this replacement, and found only 4 screws need to be undone. I ordered the part and figured, if I can't do the repair, at least I'll have the part so I can hire someone to do it. I brought my screw driver and bits, along with my cell phone, to my car. I have a flashlight app, which was very necessary. I recommend bringing a flashlight, and perhaps a small mirror. One of the screws is facing away from you as you look at the part, and the mirror would help you locate the screw. I also suggest a pliers that can cut a plastic zip tie. I believe I had to cut two of them, so buy a couple zip ties. Basically, you unscrew 4 screws, cut a couple zip ties, unplug the power module, then remove the old side seat cover. Do the reverse to put the new one in. It was very simple and only took me 15-20 minutes. Don't pay a shop tons of money for a simple job like this. ... show more

Very glad that I replaced a shattered part. My ride is so much more dignified. Fit perfectly in 2005 XC90. You'll need small zip ties to reattach the wiring harness.
