I got this for my boyfriend bc he needed a dressier belt for an event we were attending. It fit true to size, according to the suggestion of getting a 44 for pant’s size 42. He doesn’t dress up often, so this economy priced belt is the replacement for his much more expensive dress belt that finally broke. This is not the belt for you if you want to wear it daily, or even often, or for work, but it is great for versatile, occasional wear, passing for a more expensive belt than it is. The description, incorrectly says to order a size larger—e.g. if you have a 34-waist, then order a size 36—but, that's incorrect. Order your waist size instead. I ordered a size 34 for my son and 36 for me. Each belt is at least 4" longer than other belts I we have of the same size. Otherwise, looks like a nice belt; don't know yet as we are waiting on the hassle of exchanging them. ... show more
