Features

  • Breakneck Speed (90,000mm/min): Engineered for mass production, the Kintix operates at 1500mm/s3x faster than standard galvo lasers. Whether you are batch-processing jewelry or customizing business souvenirs, you can finish 100 units in the time it takes others to do 30. Note: The effective visible engraving speed will depend heavily on material type, power, frequency, and fill settings.
  • Double the Area with Hybrid Technology: Unlike traditional static galvo lasers restricted to tiny squares, Kintix features an innovative X-axis linear rail system. This expands the working area to 200 x 100mm, allowing you to engrave longer pieces and batch multiple items in a single run without sacrificing edge precision. Easily switch between independent X-axis mode or combined X + Y axis mode through software settings. Adapt seamlessly to different engraving needs with enhanced precision and greater creative flexibility.
  • 0.01mm Surgical Precision: Powered by a high-response galvanometer and vibration-free structure, Kintix delivers photorealistic details at 0.01mm accuracy. Perfect for intricate vector graphics, QR codes, and micro-text on metal, plastic, and leather.
  • Smart Auto-Focus & Connectivity: Forget manual knobs. Kintix features Dual Red Light Positioning and Electric Auto-Lift Focus for perfect clarity in seconds. Control it your way via the Genmitsu App (Wifi), CutLabX, or industry-standard LightBurn software (PC/Mac).
  • Class 1 Safety & Enclosed Design: Designed for home and classroom use, the fully enclosed chassis blocks hazardous laser light. It features a smart micro-switch that instantly pauses operations if the cover is opened, plus emergency stop and overheat protection. Note: Please wear the included safety goggles when operating.

  • Dont judge this machine by its watt output
Size: 10W
I bought this for marking Stainless steel business cards and metal marking. I work with lasers as a main thing for my job. for the price this is an amazing machine and hits way above its range in Precision and Speed. i will say i have produced some colors on stainless steel comparable to Fiber laser in the 1000$-2000$ range the 10W power with a point size of 0.01mm is a lot of concentrated power combined with the speed is worth is investment. i have used this machine to also mark or carve Stone, wood and glass. ... show more

  • A lot of power for such a tiny footprint!
Size: 10W
I am having a blast with this thing!! Item arrived securely packed, including styrofoam inside the unit itself in order to prevent the laser from moving around while in shipping. Be very careful when removing it. Mine got caught up against the laser and I had to gently wiggle it free. I have had no experience with a laser cutter prior to this one, but I have now used it for a few days and this is what I've found.... First off, the program that comes with it is very, very basic, and they could use a more detailed book to help you along when starting out, since the manual that comes with it is mostly unboxing and setup instructions. Having said that, I was still able to work out the basics and get to burning my first things fairly quickly. (Googling “10w galvo laser settings for “X”” got me most of my settings quickly, with descriptions of why they were chosen) Now, to be honest, I wasn't expecting a ton out of the small 10w laser, but I was pleasantly surprised. It tears through a blank of wood with seemingly little effort. In fact, I had to dial down the power some to prevent it from flaming up while cutting. At about 500mms/80% power, it gave me back my linework image carved 3/8” deep into the wood with no issues. Resulting burn had nice tight, thin lines with no extra char or smoke staining. So far I have tried thin basswood pieces, pine boards, cork coasters, slate coasters, some blank metal coins, and a bunch of black anodized pet tags and luggage tags. Everything worked great (once I got the settings right), except for the blank metal coins which this laser couldn’t mark even at the highest settings. I found that interesting since on the Amazon website, in the vendors product description, it shows pictures of blank brass coins, just like the ones I purchased to try, having been made in earrings. I have looked everywhere for instructions to make this work, but have had no success so far. (This could be just my lack of knowledge about the process) Venting the smoke is an issue, but they mention an air purifier that they sell to attach to the “port” they have in the back of the unit. I ended up fashioning a rig up with a 4” shop hose I had laying around and a strong blower that I attached to the hose after 3D printing a collar to fit the machine. But you will truly need a way to vent a decent amount of smoke that is produced by the machine during the burning process. The engraver has a very small footprint which is nice in a very crowded shop, and the “passthrough” feature allows you to set it right on top of your project in order to engrave onto larger products. I found this very handy for putting logos onto cutting boards and such. All in all this little laser engraver is a really fun tool to add to my shop and it will be seeing a lot of use in the future. ... show more

  • Relatively easy to set up, and produces very fine detail
Size: 10W
The media could not be loaded. The Genmitsu Kintix laser engraver arrived in perfect shape packaged in thick styrofoam. It's a light weight unit that can be used either via a USB connection or through WIFI, and I'm impressed with it so far. It comes with various accessories including a pair of protective glasses, a USBa to USBb 2.0 cable, a few piece of plywood, masking paper, a marker and a brush. The instructions are decent, but could provide better detail regarding the software setup. The electrical connections took just a few minutes. The software setup was hit and miss though. The TF card resides in a slot in the back of the unit, and the instructions say to access the TF card for the software download. There wasn't an SD card to USB adapter in the package so after trying to read it through the laser without success I downloaded it from their resource page. The driver installed easily, but Windows 11 noted that the CutLabX software was suspicious, so I had to ignore the warning and install it. Once the software was registered it went online without a hiccup. I'm a newbie when it comes to laser engraving, but with a few tweaks of feed speeds and power it produced some very fine results. I'm just getting started and was concerned about the learning curve, but it's simpler to work with than a CNC router. CutlabX is easy to understand, and it has native GRBL software so there's no separate software needed. Setting the focal length is simple with the dual pointer set up, just match the dots to set the focus and send the file for engraving. I'm a relative newbie and I was engraving after an an hour or two of familiarizing myself with the software. There was no way to vent this unit in my basement shop, so I ordered the Genmitsu MD2 air purifier to filter the smoke the laser produces. It does a great job so far and there was no odor from engraving at all. It's worth having unless you have another means of venting it. I'm impressed. It produces very fine line detail without muddy edges, better than a commercial machine at our local makerspace. It's easy to set up and use, and though it will take practice to become proficient it was a lot simpler to get on line than expected. ... show more
