Hurricane Beryl hit 3 days ago, and I have been running this bad boy nonstop and I have been pushing it to the max. So far I have been able to run a window ac unit, a refrigerator freezer combo, a deep freezer, a 65” tv a T-Mobile home internet, three lamps, 4 phone chargers, levoit wind maker fan and a bunch of other things. Very fuel efficient and also runs great. Very noise friendly and easy to operate. I do experience a bunch of power glitches with the internet, but that’s only because I am pushing this machine to its MAX and then some. So for me, I have no complaints. I am so happy I bought this product and I will support it no matter what!!!

Bought this generator to use for my business (electrical contractor). Didn’t want to break the bank since they typically get trashed on construction sites and end up needing to be replaced semi regularly. I was very impressed with this generator the first time I took it out. The electric start cranked it right over and I was ready to go. The generator performed great, running a demo hammer and charging some cordless batteries while I had it, it was great on fuel compared to many other equally sized generators. Running it about 1/2 it burned about 1/4 tank of fuel. The noise level of the generator is what I would expect. It’s not an ultra quiet generator, but it’s not so loud you need 100’ cord to work by it. I was able to set it up a few feet away and operate my demo hammer driving ground rods. The demo hammer was much louder than the generator was. The pull cord for auxiliary start is a great feature in the event the battery fails. For the money, this generator is a great value. It’s priced close to the HF alternatives, but it gets drop shipped directly to my house to add oil, fuel, and head out. My only complaint is that I wish it had another set of 120V outlets, though it’s typical for a 6000w generator.

The generator seemed to be decent build quality but after 0.8 hours on it the unit would not start. After several weeks talking back and forth with support, they were in China so I would have to wait until the next day to get a response, I was able to get a replacement inverter board under warranty. They were very helpful on that end of things and game me some procedures to do to help determine which parts I needed. That fixed the problem and was easy to replace, but the whole process too almost two months. If you need a reliable generator I cannot recommend this one. Sound and function was appropriate for an open frame generator. Starts quick normally and I like the 240v output for my critical loads sub panel. Update: About a year later, I periodically run the generator and use ethanol free gas and on the last startup, the overload light was on and had no output. It would not reset either. This generator is not reliable at all.

The media could not be loaded. Edit August 21 2024 Parts came. They sent new inverter panel and spark plug igniter. Took about 15 minutes to change out. All plug and play. Works perfect. My experience is they stand beyond there product. Edit August16 2024 Been emailing customer service and they told me today my replacement parts should ship this week. Will update again when I have more info to share. Edit July 3 2024, Unable to start. Can’t get a spark. This is second time I ever used it. I reached out to customer service. Hopefully they respond. Generator less than year old. Can’t recommend right now. Will update review when I get this resolved. This generator replaces an older generator. This is the perfect size of power vs portability. Easy set up. Good basic generator that has what you need to power your house in an emergency with none of the extra electronics you really don’t need. For those that say it may be noisy, it’s a gas motor it will be noisy. That’s just reality. It’s outside and your inside so no big deal. I definitely would purchase again. It exceeded my expectations.

Showed up on time and very well packaged. Setup took about 15-20 minutes and it started right up and ran well. As far as noise goes, it's not quiet but I didn't expect it to be, at this price point. It is noticeably quieter than my 10 year old, much smaller generator. If you need power during an outage, everyone else is running a generator too. I'll reasses after our first power outage and repost if I feel differently about it.

The media could not be loaded. Really like it so far, bought for a camping trip and we will see how it performs but so far what I love about it. Start with one pull when warm 2 in choke. Using it with propane so i find it easier. Super light and small. Very quiet compared to my other generators. 3800w on propane. What I think could be better. I wanted the push start option and while it shows on the manual I can’t find it on amazon or their website, I guess I’ll have to call them.

I modified the exhaust to go above my the bed rails of my truck (welded a plate to the muffler and welded a 1in npt pipe). It is now slightly louder but still very quiet for what it is. Also made a custom cover to accommodate the new exhaust. After 500hrs it fires up in 1 pull even -10f covered in snow. Voltage and Frequency remain stable regardless of load as you would expect from an inverter/generator. Has no issues with RV a/c units as long as you don't have low idle on. Tl;dr - The Best $350 I've Spent In Quite Awhile.
