This fits my old round toilet seat well. Most importantly, and not advertised, is that it only requires roughly an inch between the mounting holds and the most forward part of the tank. All other bidet seats for round toilets that I found available required at least two inches and without it the toilet seat was not able to stay upright. I was hesitant to know that the hookup line attached to the seat which obviously moves as you raise/lower the seat. I'm confident in how it seals though using two O-rings that will be easy to replace/recondition when the time comes. It also freely rotates as the seat is raised/lowered which limits stress on the connection. Installation was pretty OK but was a bit painful. -Some folks have pointed out that after installation their toilet doesn't stop running and that happened to me. When you tighten up the stop valve to the toilet the toilet valve can spin which will then makes your toilet run endlessly when it binds against the edge of the tank. I wound up having to hold the toilet valve inside the tank while I installed the bidet stop valve component. -The supply line running to the seat from the stop valve is rather long. It is also not very flexible due to it being a PVC line with a stainless braided cover. This made installation difficult but in the end worked well. The bend memory in the line can be used to your advantage to make the line route behind the toilet and not touch either the toilet or the wall. In my case this required that the stop valve be rotated from where I originally had it oriented. -The short hose to connect from the bidet stop valve to the existing toilet stop valve seems to be stainless wrapped EPDM. This was very nice because it is flexible enough to even loop it. In my case this allowed me to replace the 20in PVC line (20in was required to safely loop the PVC line) with the supplied line. EPDM isn't quite as strong as more typical (at least in the US) PVC line so regular yearly inspection for bulges (which you should do on all your flexible supply lines anyways) is important. The Downsides -No anti-slip pads were included which means that the seat will move around a bit during use. This is bad because if the seat rotates a bit and you aren't centered on it then the spray heads don't hit the right spot. You can fix this by fashioning rubber pads (if you have such a thing laying around) when mounting but it sucks for what is IMO required installation parts not to be included. It would be best if they included anti-slip pads that fit between the toilet and this seat. -The self-cleaning function is limited. self-cleaning works by turning the dial just a little bit so that water comes out of it but the spray heads don't emerge. I would call it more of a mild rinse rather than a cleaning. Being able to somehow do a full-blast spray without the heads emerging would be better. -The hookup threads on the seat are plastic which worries me given the stress that the part could see. I worry that long term the threads could crack when stressed by someone catching the line cleaning, by lifting/lowering the seat (if the supply connection seizes and no longer rotates), or by someone over-tightening the connection. -As with all bidet seats the opening is a bit smaller and farther forward which really sucks for men on already small round seats. If your toilet has a sharp slope in the front your dangling bits could touch porcelain which obviously isn't sanitary.

I purchased this Bidet for my 95 year old mom. I was very impressed with the packaging and the quality of the product. The elongated seat is made of solid plastic....not flimsy at all. It was very easy to install, especially with the helpful, video tutorial. All parts are of excellent quality. This bidet also came with a travel bidet, which is very helpful and well made. Unfortunately, I had to return the product because my mom...who is 95...could not use it herself without flooding the bathroom. Had it been another point in time in our lives, we would have kept it. I highly recommend the Genie Bidet.

I'm surprised by how much I love this bidet seat! IT FITS! It mounts like a REAL toilet seat and FITS on my round toilet. Because it's a round, the bidet seat it replaced was a constant struggle to find the right balance of not adjusting it too far forward and keeping the lid off my back! If it got out of adjustment (bolt come loose occasionally,) I was holding the seat up to go number one! The old design was advertised for a round, but it was basically an elongated-only design. It seems to me like MOST of the other brands have this issue (I looked long and hard for the last failure and missed this one somehow.) My wife wouldn't even use the bathroom with that bidet! IT IS CLEANABLE!!!!! Every bidet standalone or seat that I've owned eventually gets horrid and impossible to clean. Every one of them leaked internally in some way so that, after several months, there was literal poop water oozing from them and the toilet could never be cleaned sufficiently. When you did clean it, it was gross and it even started to stain the toilet underneath. Disgusting! This bidet's internals are inside the seat! No bottom seams for poop water to ooze from! (This may actually be my favorite part...our bathroom always stunk a bit! Even with a thorough cleaning...as thoroughly as it could be cleaned, that is.) Things I just like... The shutoff valve to the bidet seat is a nice touch! Makes it easy to take off to deep clean if necessary. I suppose it will let you control the pressure too, but the knob also adjusts pressure and seems great. Feels comfortable and looks great. HOME RUN! If you have a round, just buy it now!

The water pressure is mild to strong depending on preference and other than the cold water shock (which I get over pretty quickly) I would highly recommend this particular model. For the money it can’t be beat. The functions are easy to use and setup was a breeze. Everything you need is included except the tools to install. Give it a try you’ll be glad you did

Once you have this you won’t want to be without it! Because it makes you feel cleaner and that it is better for your health. Can be tightened by hand (with no leaks if you have the physical strength). I didn’t but another family member did. Hint: Do not over tighten because of possible breakage or loosening of watertight connections that are attached to the porcelain toilet.
