We were excited about having a back-up generator however.... When we received it, we put the wheels and handles on. We put fuel in and the quart of oil and went to start it with the Electric Start as stated in the description. Well, it is not an electric start, itis only a pull start. False advertising there. It started with the first pull with the chock on then we put the choke lever to 1/2 chock as stated in the manual and it was running on. We moved the lever to Run and it died. EVERY Time. We called Generac and they told us to take it to Cutter's a Stihl store. Cutter's stated that they have had several brand-new Generac units in for issues. ... show more
