I am so glad I found this kit! All parts are OEM and were badly needed. Dummy me had never changed the spark plug and always wondered why the generator was hard to start. Well, one crank and up it starts!! Although I'd changed the oil once I had not changed the filter. I'm glad I changed it as well as the air filter. My Generac 8000 works great now. I only use it for emergency power outages but it's good to know I can fire it up without a hitch when needed. Great buy and great product! I've included 3 photos showing it being moved out of the container I built for it to do the work. (Just FYI I can leave it in the container and connect it to my meter main to power up during a grid power outage) ... show more

This kit included oem parts and fit perfectly. It costs less than the air filter alone from many sources. I did not need the oil filter, as my gn360 did not have one from the factory. Since it was coming with the kit, I bought the $9 oil filter adapter plate and bolted it on. Now I'm up and running with oem parts and oil filtration at less cost than sourcing this kit anywhere else. Great bargain! ... show more

I purchased this kit for a Generac generator with a GN-360 engine. All the parts were quality OEM parts. I accidentally purchased the wrong kit for my older generation engine. This kit comes with a RC14YC spark plug which is a hotter plug than the RC12YC my engine uses, my fault. Everything else was exactly what I needed and was much cheaper than buying all these parts separately. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

I have a Generac GP7000 and this kit has everything that I needed for a tune up, you can't beat the price at 12 bucks, It would cost you 3 times that to source the parts individually, I ordered a second kit to have as a backup , make sure you set your spark plug gap according to your manual, the spark plug in my kit was way off the recommended gap of 0.030 ... show more
