The media could not be loaded. This fountain is exactly what I wanted. I purchased it for my covered porch, but it is currently winter here, so it's temporarily in my rehab/plant nursery/guest room for now. The sound is great, like a heavy rainfall. I Have not adjusted the waterflow at all, as I like it loud. Very easy to set up, and looks like stone. One thing to note: if you put the river stones (included) on top of the mesh cover, you will get a LOT of splatter, but does not take away from the visual for me. The lights are a warmer white, not too harsh, and there is a separate plug if you just want to run the fountain without them. Very "zen" which was the goal.

The media could not be loaded. Fountain was delivered without damage and well packed. Assembly was easy and required no tools. We found that placing the included stones in the middle of debris screen created a lot of splashout and got the front porch all wet. So we placed them to the outside of the rim away from direct water contact. This solved the splashing issue and made the trickling sound louder which is what we prefer. The size is good for us and we dressed it up a bit by adding plants to each side and eventually some climbing vines behind it. Overall this was a great purchase and time will tell on how well it holds up.

I am overall very very pleased with my new fountain! I had a video to upload too, but it says "Unsupported file type," and I'm not sure how to add it. Bummer. So first things first, it's packed very well with huge pieces of molded styrofoam and rigid plastic corner protectors inside the box. It arrived undamaged. Takes about 5 days to arrive via UPS, but came 3 days earlier than they said. It's quite beautiful, strong and beefy - yet lightweight because naturally it's not real stone. Like many others, the Instructions are generic to all of their fountains, or maybe just one - but it sure isn't this model! That said, you got this: Simply lift the top "bowl" over the base and FIRST insert the LED wire into the large tube in the base. You'll have to wiggle it and reach up from beneath to grab it. SECOND: insert the flexible water pump tube into that large tube in the base portion. You'll have to wiggle it, and fuss with it to get it to drop down into the basin as well but stick with it. THEN, you will simply place the pump into the bottom reservoir and connect both the LED wire and screw on the waterproof cap. Check to make sure that strange little piece of plastic isn't still in the bottom of the water tube. I have no idea what it's for, and didn't need it for any connections. Then feed the power cords out of the back hole. Attach the transformer to the thin LED light wire. Fill with water - plug the cords in and you're set! I took off half a Star because the instructions won't do much for you other than confuse you. Also it indicates a bag of pebbles comes with it, but I didn't receive any - no matter, I had a bag of pretty stones and glass marbles, etc., and placed them over the mesh that covers the reservoir to keep out sticks and bugs. NOTE: I also just ordered a 16-oz bottle of Algaecide to make sure the water doesn't get clumpy and mossy and gross. That would most certainly clog the small water outlets in the top within about a week. I know how gross my bird feeder gets. Why would a fountain be any different? So you should do that too. Enjoy your new fountain! I'd buy it again ... but those instructions will only leave you baffled. Use my tips instead and you won't get frustrated and mad.

This is a beautiful fountain. However, the lower parts with the rain type flow, get clogged up and I have to use a paper clip to open them back up everyday. It is very frustrating. When they are open, it's great. But then, I have to open them back up everyday. I do not like that at all. It is supposed to be an outdoor fountain and that is where I have it. I would not recommend it for outside.

Arrived earlier that projected, was put on our porch out of sight, was in excellent condition, had all of the parts, had directions, went together easily, has a light in both bowls, and looks fabulous! NOTE: there is a piece of plastic in the water tube that needs to come out before using it with water, and if you put the rocks under the falling water, it splashes so much you could run the water out faster, so I positioned a canning jar ring (with the top of ring downward) so the water falls inside of it and then put the rocks around the ring that keeps it place. Love it!

I am sad because I love this fountain but had to send it back. It worked well - pump and lights. I like the bubbling of water at the top and the rain feature in the bottom bowl. The problem that I had with it is that the water level went down much too quickly. It was inconsistent in that one day the water would last at least 24 hours and the next day I would find the fountain almost empty in less than a day. It is too stressful to be worrying about it being empty and ruining the pump, Any other fountain I have had could go a full day or two before I had to add water.

Once it was assembled it has worked! The fountain is rough and not as elegant as pictured. It had a strong water flow. The top bubbler is nice as is the lighting. How long it will last is yet to be determined. Why 2 stars? Because it is up and running. Why not 5? Because the directions were horrible. The parts and directions were incongruent. I have have several fountains over the years and this one is definitely not plug and play. There is no corner piece to remove for the electrical, only o hole cut out in the back. There was a small plastic piece in the water tubing. I took it out to see how it affected flow. Yet to be determined and don’t know if it belongs in the tubing. The screen over the bottom bowl is put together rather poorly and the fit a bit uneven. The flow into the bottom bowl is strong and not very serene. I would like it to work as I have another area of my yard where the stronger flow could work better. Time will tell.
