I get really bad swollen eyes in the mornings. I have purchased every ice pack and pads I could find. Everything else I have purchased I have to sit and hold it under my eyes. This product I am in love with. I can put this mask on and have my coffee, get ready for work, or whatever I want to do. You can fit it as snug as you need it and it will stay put. You can see what you are doing and no need to stop and hold them on your eyes. It's not stiff and uncomfortable. I love this product. It doesn't feel freezing cold to your face. Mask works very well both cold and hot. Two features really stand out. First, it is a nice feature to have the eye holes cut out. With my other mask, it’s one solid piece with no eye holes cut out. When I put it on to ice my sinuses the other mask makes my eyeballs too cold. I have to fold up tissue and put it between the mask and my eyes. This mask doesn’t have that problem. Another feature I like, when I need to apply heat, I just heat the mask in the microwave for about 20 seconds. So it’s super easy to heat and apply quickly without messing around with hot water bottles. ... show more

No matter what eye creams I've tried to use to help with the bags under my eyes, nothing seems to help. Is not too cold that it's uncomfortable and allows me to continue getting ready in the morning and attempt to decrease the puffiness. And buying two more for my daughters!

I ended up returning this eye mask -- the mask didn't really hit at the area under my eyes, it just landed on my cheekbone, so it didn't work for depuffing the under-eye area. Your face geometry may give you a different result. I also found that pressing so much coldness on my face gave me a headache. Also, at the time the manufacturer was advertising this as a 2-mask package, and I only received one. (Since then, they have changed the description.) ... show more
