I bought this for some inflammation around my eyes. For fast cooling, I put this in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. If I leave it overnight, it goes into the fridge instead. Very handy and comfortable to wear as well as the straps aren't too short as my head is rather large.

I get really bad swollen eyes in the mornings. I have purchased every ice pack and pads I could find. Everything else I have purchased I have to sit and hold it under my eyes. This product I am in love with. I can put this mask on and have my coffee, get ready for work, or whatever I want to do. You can fit it as snug as you need it and it will stay put. You can see what you are doing and no need to stop and hold them on your eyes. It's not stiff and uncomfortable. I love this product. It doesn't feel freezing cold to your face. I haven't used it heated, but you can do that as well.

I have been searching for a mask that would help my chronic sinus pain for years, but nothing I found ever worked for me. When I finally found this mask I wasn’t so sure about it but the day I got it I put it in the freezer and it actually got cold! I was able to pull it down further on my cheeks and nose which swell from my sinuses which was amazing. The mask stayed cold for longer than anything I’ve ever owned before too. One side is gel which gets as cold as an ice pack when frozen and the other side is soft and plush and although doesn’t get as cold as the gel side, is cold also and very soothing. I usually have to ice my sinuses multiple times during the night, but this mask kept my swelling down and I was able to sleep. I am definitely going to be getting me another one to switch out during the night. So glad I found this and it finally brought me the relief I’ve been needing for years! The customer service is amazing too. I registered for the warranty and within a few hours the company responded thanking me for the support and asked if I had any questions. I asked a couple and again within a few hours I already had an answer.

Of course my picture shows a silly face wearing this mask, but it was my go to when I had a headache or a puffy face. The material provides a cool sensation without causing you to get cold. The mask is adjustable to your face, and the fit never failed.

This mask is too cold to wear. It was painful on my skin right out of the freezer, and even 10 min after. It would be better with a material other than plastic on my skin to negate the harshness of the cold. For me, it is unusable.
