I like that it is flexible. It obviously has eye holes that you can sort off see through. I would not recommend driving with it on. I keep it in the fridge. You can put it directly on your face and it is not too cold and holds temperature for a while. It is comfortable enough that I have fallen asleep with it on. PS. This is a lovely facial gel filled eye mask - however it does really get solid when frozen and therefor would be rough to place on your face as the pictures suggest. It would also likely harm you as it is SUPER cold and I am fairly certain you would want something between your delicate skin (eye area) and this piece of ice...but perhaps that is just me. It works okay and is somewhat comfortable - I used mine on the top of my head for a fever and that worked well.

Unfortunately it has a little weight to it, which to me is noticeable on the bridge of my nose. Very well made, I bought it to cool my head when running a fever and not necessarily for sleeping in. So it works for me.
