This was a hit with my kittens. I do wish it had come with installation instructions. While it seems pretty self explanatory, I couldn't figure out what to do with the ties. My cats enjoy hiding stuff in it, climbing it, and napping in it. My only complaint is if they had a way to keep the polls from sliding as i have to go adjust them everyday to keep them level after all the playing. What I don’t like about it is that there’s no real way to keep the poles together once they’re put together and inserted inside the fabric hole. Maybe they should add a plastic holder to insert both ends and it’ll keep the poles together
