DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TRIKE: The advertised description is false and misleading. I ordered this trike on Nov.5 2025 and have not been able to even use, the advertised speed is noted as 20MPH but only produces 14MPH, after over a month of back and forth with the seller "technician "telling me to push every possible combination of display buttons with no change. He actually wanted me to involve my neighbor to communicate with him. The 80% assembled is false, the only assembly is the frame itself, and you need to assemble about 40 additional parts. Many other issues but at this time I have requested a return but now I am fighting with the seller to return this DEFECTIVE trike due mainly the motor not producing as advertised. The claim of "enhanced mountaineering" is false, would not even make it up a 10-degree slope of my driveway. Very hard to peddle when the motor does not assist. The reviews were 2.6 out 5 but thought the advertised description would be the truth but found out that is not, I WAS DUPPED! ... show more

This would have been the third electric bike I brought off Amazon the first two e bikes were awesome this three wheel e bike was for me it was trash. It arrived broken. I tried to get it exchanged for another on they just gave me the run around. Now everyone has a e bike but me. I really want the 3 wheel e bike. I even took it to a bike shop to see if it was me. The battery never connected to the bike so something was bent by the time I received the bike. They do not deserve one star. ... show more

This company gets no stars at all. We got the bike. The end of October had to fix it. It had a broken bearing. We never got to ride. It waited now take it out and the P code is locked and we don’t know we tried talking to everyone and nobody seems to be able to help.

Seems like a good quality bike but they say 80 percent built lol. Going on 3 days to build it. Instructions suck im stuck on installing the rear brakes.

Not a bad ebike, I will say this is definitely a good one for new users. The only bad about it is doesnt go to 20MPH, maybe if you drive down from a steep hill, which I was able to do that.

This is the worst bike do not order or buy it. It is not what it says it is and they don’t stand behind it. They did not come through for me so. Would not send someone to pick it up or issue a refund. Will not even go up a hill
