So initially I was in love with this cheap keyboard. It sounds great, is small and well thought out. The mechanical silver switches are great, actuation is indeed faster than average red switch. I have a feeling though that before I updated the firmware response was more rapid, counter-strafing more predictable (at the expense of sometimes triggering double keys during writing, but that was fine and rare). Post update it's still fine but feels slower, like they increased the rebound time or something to prevent multiple key presses on the "edge", I don't know. I also doubt it's 1000hz. Still, typing with it feels great, gaming too so overall I would recommend this thing when it's on sale. Oh, the USB-A side of cable is ungodly tight, inserting that in laptop feels a bit sketchy.

I picked this keyboard up because it’s super affordable for a hot swappable board and I want to get into making keyboards as a hobby I bought the black switches because they were the ones that sounded the best in videos, but I planned on eventually buying different switches It sounded alright out of the box, but for fun I opened it up and tape modded it (three layers of scotch blue painters tape) and reassembled it I was floored at how good it sounded after the tape mod, the stabilizers are pretty decent, and the switches are a lot more thocky once the tape is in HIGHLY recommend if you want to get into keyboard and learn how to mod, super user friendly and has great built in lighting (app is windows only so I can’t customize on my MacBook sadly)

I am new to the keyboard scene and this is my second and possibly final keyboard. To be honest, I did think the stock switches would be better but the reason I didn’t like them was because I preferred tactiles. I replaced the switches with unlubed Akko lavenders and put on a GMK keycap set. I also put the tape mod since that was the only thing I had access to. Even with the keycaps not being shine-through the lights were still bright and very vibrant. The sound was amazing in my opinion, even with unlubed switches. Overall, this keyboard is pretty amazing with customization as I also never had any noticable ping. For the price i would say its basically the best out there.

I wanted to make a budget custom gaming keyboard. I did the research and bought the materials. This keyboard is definitely worth the price but I definitely wish it was easier to hot swap. I had bleeding hands after all the switches were out! About a week later, I decided to tape mod it because even with GMK milky yellow switches, this thing sounded like junk. I tape modded 6 layers of tape on here..... I forgot to put holes in the tape so it was VERY hard getting the switches into place. Overall, definitely great for budget!

I will tell you this once, out of many microphones I have, I have never seen such a great budget mic. With the build quality of a SHURE mic, this destroys all other competition. Great for my streaming on twitch. Even my viewers say they can hear differences.
