  • nIce way to setup your Pi devices
Color: Clear
I have two pi devices, possibly more later. This is a nice case with fans. I've had it now many months and no issues. it's convenient and rather than have them lay on a table, I have a nice case

  • Love the modular design Love the modular design
Color: Brown
I really appreciated the modular design of this case. I had an old Pi and a new Pi 4 and wanted to keep them together. Of course, this case was NOT made with mounting hole location for the original Pi (which I should have checked, my bad), and the fan location would normally conflict with the video out of that board. However, the design made it very easy to just cut a new bottom plate from hardboard to the same size but with the correct mounting holes, and to flip the intermediate layer to put the fan where it wouldn't hit the video jack. Once that was sorted, assembly was not difficult and it works great. With the fans running, I don't think the heat sinks are necessary; without them, the Pi 4 never got above 65°C under full load and the original Pi doesn't even break 45°C, and they're both overclocked as high as possible. A downside might be that the GPIO pins are harder to get at except for the top-most Pi. Also kind of wish it had non-skid rubber foot pads on the bottom. Overall I think it's a great deal for a case if you plan on running multiple Pis under heavy load. ... show more

  • great, if you can live without the instructions
Color: Clear
It's a great product, but instructions are garbage. It's not hard to figure out, but a little customer care goes a long way.

  • It makes your project look professional, and it cleans up the space.
Color: Clear
this cleans up your cabling and cooling, and makes a project that needs more than one pi look like it was planned. also, it works fine for two pi up to 5, and you could probably stack more if you wanted.

  • Great! Didn't know what to expect but perfect fit for my needs. Great! Didn't know what to expect but perfect fit for my needs.
Color: Brown
I didn't know what to expect, but for the price, this was a great little unit and fit exactly what I need. Assembly is a bit of a struggle, but it's related to these fat sausage fingers I have :-). The instructions, as others have noted, are tiny - so take it a step at a time so you don't have to go back and change anything. Really pleased and loved all the heat sinks that came with it as well as the fans. ... show more

  • Very tedious to assemble, tight fit with PoE hat
Color: Clear
It's clean and quiet and looks good. No instructions were in the box, so the best instructions I could find were the images here on this product listing, which are confusing and too blurry to quite see which is a screw and which is a nut. After a bit of trial and error, I figured it out. If you plan to use the LovRPi PoE hat with a Raspberry Pi 4B, be aware that two of the heatsinks don't fit, so pay attention to what gets obstructed by the hat when placing the heatsinks. I advise keeping the hat on while installing the heat sinks so you don't mess this up, but then remove it when attaching it to the case so that you can tighten the nuts. Second, the PoE hat has a fat 330uH inductor on it that presses up against the fan. The case WILL assemble but it does bend the acrylic if you tighten the risers to where they need to be. Consider some washers as spacers or just live with it. I also recommend a precision utility knife to pull the backing off of the acrylic and the heat sinks. The heat sinks have a thermal adhesive that's easy to mess up. ... show more

  • Versatile and expandable housing for multiple Raspberry PI computers.
Color: Brown
Very nice moduar design. I am using raspberry PIs with NVME disks and active heatsinks so the spacing between layers needed to be increased to fit. This was a very simple task using additional standoffs.
