Wanted to wait a while before reviewing these sockets so a year later I figured I would do so. I'm not a hobbyist or someone who uses them to work on their car. I do repair work on heavy trucks but not full time. Two to three days a week. These sockets have held up to the abuse that I give them. Not a single break and I put a lot of torque including Electric impact wrenches on a regular basis. They have taken everything that I have given to them. The socket portion is a little thick but still smaller than most of the junk sockets out there. The carrying case is held up very well except for the metal latches that were bent the first time I slid the Box on the side of 95 while under a truck. The sockets they put in the case very well so when I carry it I just hold it tight so it doesn't come over so I did not subtract the star because of the cheesy metals latch because the quality of the box is still there ... show more

The sockets themselves just feel and have the weight for extreme torque. I've tested 2 of them at 175lbs and had zero issues. The case is made with 4 not 2 heavy latches to hold everything in place. I also bought the ratchet wrench sets too and was surprised that even at angle tilt you could reef on them exceptionally hard without slippage or problems. Badboy product IMO. ... show more

Bought 80 piece set and then extensions are amazing (quite durable and greatvariety). Wish it went a little smaller for the electrician field but you don't need an impact rated set for that lol. If I were to go back in time I'd recommend myself to get a gearwrench 1/2 to 3/8 adapter and a dualt 3/8 impact adapter. Besides that it's holding strong, I primarily use SAE in my plant but it'd cool to have both options when working on out of the country machinery ... show more
