Microwave fit existing space exactly and looks pretty good. Switching the fan for recirculation was straight forward and easily done following the directions. Replacing the older G.E. Profile Microwave with a newer model that is much prettier too is nice.

Mine has approx. 4 or 5-ish total use hrs, and it has developed a slightly alarming start-up noise, (that quickly ceases) and the controls need to be touched quite deliberately. There are many 'bell 'n whistle' type controls, which I found fairly useless ( Like **** on a *** ) but it does exactly what I require of a nukerawave oven; put some heat to my Beany Weinys, & gimme no grief! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Brand new microwave and We hear an alarming sound at the beginning for the first few seconds when it starts! See attached video! One more person has reported it! Is there a fix to this? Anyone from GE can comment? Also the buttons are harder to press than the previous models ... show more

    • Don’t trust your sellers of name brands.
No help whatsoever from seller and/or GE. Send me my $500 Microwave and don’t include the littlestar thing that spins the microwave plate. Then after multiple calls I get told that it will be a week to 10 days. When I ask for a complimentary charcoal filter the manufacturer says can’t help you. Complete BS. GE employee told me not to trust Amazon selling GE products. ... show more

Great product so far. Great upgrade from a 15year old GE microwave. The only thing that I dislike is that you have to press the buttons a bit harder than usual to get it to beep. Other than that it works great. I recommend the brand. They last quite a while.
