Awesome appliance! Fit my needs. Easily installed, practical functionality, modern design, smart capabilities. This dishwasher so far (one month in with frequent use) has been all that I hoped it would be with no issues. Currently it sits on our counter top and we connect it to the sink with the included easy connect hose. This dishwasher comes with multiple fittings for your faucet in the event you need to adapt your current set up to fit the hose. This product can be plumbed into your existing system, which could be ideal for those looking to use their faucet while also using the dish washer (not an option if connected to faucet). Overall I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking to reduce/eliminate hand washing dishes or at least the bulk of the dinner mess. ... show more

    • No jet dry capability
We bought this one to replace a cheaper manufacturer that we had great service with. We have had two other counter top washers from other manufacturers that we have found last around a year before they start leaking water. We’ve have had this this one, which is considerably more expensive so time will tell, for about a month. It washes good, is quiet and easy to use. I will not that there is no place to use jet dry which is confusing but apparently that is the way it is designed. ... show more

This is the answer to my rental nightmare. Incredibly efficient water use compared to hand washing. Loading it can be a little tricky, I wouldn't mind a little more space between the tines near the door. The accessory cup shelves are pretty useless unless you're putting the tiniest decorative cups on them. But everything comes out clean, I haven't had any water spotting issues... And I'm freed up to go about my evening. ... show more

Ok; first of all, it was delivered only one day after I had ordered this so I'm very happy about that. Secondly, I had run it twice. The first time before I had ran it through, I tested the hose. At first, the 'in' water hose sprayed water all over the place so I checked it out and found it lose so I tightened it. Problem solved. Then, as it ran the first cycle, I noticed a slow leak coming from the same 'in' water part of the hose, this time, it was coming from the connection of the hose into the dishwasher and it leaked in the back, and came out in front of the dishwasher from underneath it, leaking all over my floor. When the first load of dishes was done, I read the manual to get some ideas of why it was leaking and read that you needed to tighten the hoses into the dishwasher with a pair of pliers after attaching them by hand and guess what? Problem solved! The second load: no leakage ANYWHERE! I love this little appliance and had a hard time purchasing it because it seems so pricy so when it became $100 cheaper, I took a shot at it and am SO happy I did. It's now my favorite GE appliance in the kitchen. I have 4 GE major appliances and have been happy with all of them. My favorite part of them is the smart technology in 3 of them. This lil' guy replaced an 18 inch portable standing dishwasher because my family size down sized and now there's just the 2 of us. Again, so happy, content and excited about this purchase.     • Completely died within three weeks. Control board failure.
Completely died within three weeks due to a control board failure. Started having problems at week two, wouldn't turn on, wouldn't drain, came back to life then died again until it will no long power up. I will say it works very well (when it worked) at cleaning dishes. Takes a bit to learn how to stack the glasses and dishes but you get use to working in a small space. Built very well. I can't believe it only lasted a few days of use. GE did offer to come out and troubleshoot but Amazon was great and said they would come and pick it for free. I figure I'd shop for another brand and not take the chance with another unit by GE. Too bad, GE made good American products at one point, this one was DOA. ... show more

    • Great mini dishwasher for limited needs or small spaces
Dishes come out clean. Noisey but not too load. Works great even on 30 minute cycle with normal load and less than half detergent if you have soft water. Great for my auxiliary living area.
