The front cover of the microwave, the piece that holds the display and buttons, was not assembled correctly in the factory and interferes with the door when closed. There does not appear to be any way to re-assemble it correctly without potentially breaking plastic parts. Closing the door is difficult, and if not very forcefully pushed closed the microwave looks like it is running but it is not heating. Otherwise the microwave works fine. The delivery process was very frustrating. It was shipping via a national express carrier but they didn't seem to want to deliver it because we got three notifications that they tried to deliver but nobody was home, but somebody was home the entire time. After the third day I was walking the dog and saw the carrier's truck in our neighborhood and asked the driver if they had a large package for us. They did, and then delivered it. It seems that because it was a large, 50+ lb box they just didn't want to tote it to our door. ... show more

    • Dented and faulty installation template

On the positive side, I ordered it, was told it would be five days until delivery but there it was on my front porch the next morning. That was impressive. And the overall measurements were as advertised so it fit nicely in my cabinet space. On the negative side, it had several dents on it. The ones I saw initially were in spots that would be hidden by my cabinets once it was installed. But I needed to pound them out or I would not have been able to install it flush to the cabinets. Only after installing it did I see a smaller dent in the upper right side of the front. It was not big enough for me to uninstall it and return it so I'll live with it. Another issue: the installation template for the rear support was flat-out wrong. It didn't fit the support bar - was probably designed to go with a previous model. Thankfully, I never trust those templates and used my own measurements. But had I drilled holes based on the template, I would have been screwed - particularly for the toggle bolt holes which are large.
