My new GE microwave replaces my older (much older) GE microwave. I had some problems with the "command" keys since they are not in the same order the other keys were. However, everything is fine now. It is functional and I love it.

The item is damaged and was sold AS IS—something that was not disclosed on the website. There was no mention of any damage or an AS IS condition, only a note about a 42% discount. The aluminum casing on both sides is visibly damaged. Since we plan to install this microwave inside cabinetry, we’ve decided not to return it, but we were surprised when we saw the condition. It appears to be working fine, but without knowing how the damage occurred, we’re left wondering if the interior may also be compromised. ... show more
