My old one burnt out and couldn't regulate power anymore. I replaced that with this product. So far it seems to be a good product and doing its job well. The installation isn't straightforward as you need to take care of lots of things. The entire back lid had to be opened and the old one must come off before you can install it. Also, there are many cables connecting different regulators and main electric board with main electric power. If you mistakenly connect wrong cables, there is possibility of electric shock or something more terrible. So be aware of that. The smartest way is to take a photo from the old connection before taking the old switch off. You can find installation videos on youtube. Also, it comes in two sizes. I bought the 8" one for the larger stove. I guess you may try the 6" one for the smaller stove. But ask the manufacturer before purchase. ... show more
