Sleek looking, but for the price I didn’t expect this blender to temporarily stop operations when it gets overheated. When you increase the dial too quickly, the blender can shut down and you will have to wait several mins before turning it on again, when you haven’t even completely blended everything yet. I have tried several different versions of a smoothie on this thing, and all of them have not been blended - frozen fruit chunks still remain, big chunks of nuts not blended, even things like protein powder struggle to get fully mixed in... all of this was using the full speed (level 5) of the blender, with the full size cup (haven't even tried the small blender cups, but expect them to be worse as the blade is so much smaller. I would not recommend this blender, as my 10 year old blender did/does a much better job. Time to buy a vitamix. ... show more

I make smoothies every single day, and use frozen fruit. Most blenders can’t handle breaking down frozen fruit, but this one does, and it’s affordable and beautiful looking to boot! You won’t be disappointed. The quality is great, and it’s simple to use and also to clean.

This full-size (2L) blender has three controls (on/off, speed, pulse) and handles everything I have tried so far. The jar is clear and wide, making it easy to clean. It turns off automatically if you walk away and forget it's on. My only problem was that the suction cups on the front feet worked too well on my Corian counter--I had to put painters tape over them so I could move it around. Get what you pay for, I suppose. A fight sometimes to blend smoothies with ice, but does a brilliant job of blending everything out quickly once you get past that stage. Love the professional look as well.

Ot had to carry cups as well as one of them having the capability of being used as the blender pitcher for smaller singleserving options and it works great... it is amazing compared to the many other blenders I have used over the past 20 years. I will say that the shipping on both blenders was very fast and item arrived in perfect condition. However, neither one worked. The on/off switch on the first one kept blinking, pulse option did not work. It did work when I used the dial. The second one had the same issues. I do not recommend this product.
