This thing is the best. I'm an old lady with spine, hip and neck problems and sleeping is a major problem for me when it comes to travel. In fact it's pretty much a deal breaker. If I did not have a portable and compact pad that I could rely on I really couldn't travel at all. That being said this one is the best by far. I traveled for a solid month through England, Scotland and Ireland earlier this summer then again for two weeks in Florida and this pad performed like a champ. It is compact. I can roll it up and put it at the bottom of my under seat personal bag for the airplane and still have room for other stuff. It is very easy to inflate with the integrated, no plug in or battery needed, air pump. Easy and fast to deflate and easy to fold and get back into it's travel bag. I've had zero problems with leaks, even after being folded for packing over and over. It provides good padding that makes sleeping on any surface tolerable. I would not hesitate to recommend this pad.

I love this sleeping pad. I use it in my tent. It’s easy to fill up with the manual built-in pump. It’s been a great option to lay across the backseat of my truck when I’m traveling long distances so I can lay down on the road trip. I put a doggy back seat hammock across my back seats that strap up to the back of my front seat seats, which allows the pad to lay level. This has been a great car camping option as well as a camping option in my tent. I like the color it’s very neutral. For the vehicle backseat, I added a nice mattress topper over it, which makes it really comfortable. For camping I use a padded sleeping bag and it works just fine.

It is a bit bulky and a bit heavy for backpacking, but that being said, it's actually very comfortable. The foot pump is a good idea, but it takes forever. Luckily you can still blow it up by electric pump or by breath. You might need to top it off before you turn in for the night in cooler weather, but as long as you don't overfill it, it'll be fine.

I got this inflatable sleeping mat for my son who’s in the Boy Scouts. He’s 11, and it’s easy enough for him to inflate and deflate completely on his own. It also rolls up and stows nicely back in its sleeve after use – and seriously, if he can do it, anyone can. He might actually be one of the laziest people I’ve ever met. He won’t camp without it. He even has a camping cot he could use, but he always opts for this mat instead. I’m not sure if that’s because this mat is that awesome or just his laziness coming through again, but either way, it’s quality and has held up great through multiple camping trips and summer camp. Highly recommend

This is a decent sleeping mat, purchased for my emergency kit bag. It’s pretty light and compact, which I like. I timed pumping it up with even and steady foot pumps and was able to fill it tightly with air in about 5 minutes, which is decent. As a 6’3” guy I fit on it comfortably. NOT a lot of wiggle room side to side (I’m a bigger guy) but a as a single person sleeper, I did not honestly expect much. Its just wider than my shoulder span. Comfort wise, this is better than an “imitation mattress” – those airbeds that are about 10 inches tall when inflated. This feels more sturdy. This was also easy to deflate and stow in its carry bag, taking 2-3 minutes to put away. It is light and the material does not feel very “puncture proof”. This is fine for my intended use case but if camping you will likely want to clear away as much as possible, which you likely would have done to setup a tent anyway. They do supply three or four clear patches with the air matt.

Actual use and very realistic opinion . Takes more like 10 minutes to inflate at minimum … more by using your Fist’s rather than your foot and you will wish you had a pump … and realistically not one second to deflate as claimed….takes at least 4 minutes to deflate as you roll it up to get out ALL the air to pack it back in it’s bag. It is very slippery material so if you’re trying to put a sleeping bag on it, you’ll slide around a lot. It does pack small and is lightweight but that’s about it.

Update - because of this review, the seller contacted me. I truly appreciate good customer service and their desire to offer a resolution. And while I still stand by my original review, I did increase the rating from 2 stars to 3 stars because of their great customer service and how they handled the issue. Original review: At first I thought this inflatable camping mattress was great! I purchased it to use on top of hotel mattresses when traveling because I find them to be too firm. This item did make the bed much more comfortable, however, I did notice a subtle chemical odor that became stronger as the night went on. By morning I had a headache and could not use it the remainder of our trip. When we got home, I aired it out for a couple of weeks and didn’t notice the smell anymore, rolled it up and packed it in its case. A couple days later I went to use it again, but the smell was back. Disappointing, Wish I could return it but it’s too late. Pros: Adds a layer of soft cushion, easy to inflate with the built-in foot pump, rolls up nicely and doesn’t take up too much space. Cons: Chemical odor, the pump action is a bit noisy.
