First time juicer here. As this is an adequate juicer for me according to price for my first juicer purchase, this juicer puts out low juice capacity compared to more expensive machines. It does only have a 500ml juice catcher, though.

Not too loud and I do advise to insert a plastic bag to collect the pulp. Easy enough to assemble and disassemble to clean. Did not attempt a whole apple/pear, still cut them up. Don't let the fruit/veggie lay down, it takes longer. Glad for the purchase

Update: I was contacted by company within a few days of this post, they offered to replace it or refund, because I all ready bought a new one I went with refund. They were SUPER HELPFUL AND HELPED ME OUT RIGHT AWAY!! Totally would use them again, their customer service is awesome!!! I bought in May but didn’t open or use till July 7 and first time using it the motor smelt like burning I only put cucumbers in it and then it just stopped!!! I cleaned it out and tried and again and nothing is working or moving! ... show more

    • It gets the job done
This juicer is compact, easy to clean, it gets the job done. The only concern is that it has to be handled with care I feel that it can brake or crack very easy if not handled gently. Other than that is great for the price.
