After using this cash register for a while, I would like to share my feelings about this cash register. Overall, I think this cash register is quite good, it is equipped with a lot of useful functions to meet our daily cash register needs. When I first came across this cash register, I did find it a bit complicated and it took me some time to familiarize myself with its operation. It has a wide variety of functions, from basic cash register and change, to product information management, tax setting, to sales data statistics, etc. These functions are powerful, but for first-time users, it does take a little time to learn and master. However, once you are familiar with its operation process, you will find that it can greatly improve work efficiency. It can help me complete cashiering operations quickly and accurately, reduce customer waiting time, and give me a clearer understanding of the store's operation so that I can make better decisions. So, although I need to invest some time in learning at first, it's well worth it in the long run. Special mention should be made of the excellent customer service team for this cash register. During the course of using it, I encountered a few problems, such as certain features that didn't work. Every time I contacted the customer service, they responded promptly and patiently answered my questions and helped me solve the problems. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel very relieved and made me feel more assured about the after-sales service of this cash register. Couldn't program. I tried for 5 hours and when I found the Provided DVD it wouldn't play in any of my DVD players. Waste of my money. It cost me 46.56 to ship it back, I do not suggest this product for any one that's trying to use it for business.
