I sent a request that day and was responded to the next day. Ayer describing my problem they sent me a brand new one and it arrived three days after my initial message. As easy a replacement as it gets. And the warranty is five years long. If you’re looking for a handheld blender at The house this is the one. So easy to clean so easy to use extremely strong and the customer service was epic. Blend up a bunch of frozen berries, it’s the best pho I’ve cream icy you could have. Get this one. Seriously.

I use this to blend and chop chicken onto cat food. It works great. I do wish the chopping container was a bigger and you do need to allow a cool down period of 30 seconds every 30 seconds of turbo run time. But with a few cycles, the 1 inch pieces of chicken turnes into great pate.

This immersion blender is way better than I expected!! Heavy duty, blends in a flash! We've used it to make homemade mayo, smoothies, pureed fruits for Augua Fresca, and to whip up some of the fluffiest eggs ever! Easy to clean too!

This works as advertised. I love it! I feel as if I spent a ton of money on an expensive brand name item. The product is well made. It is super powerful. I can compare it to my Bamix emulsion mixer with ease. I would highly recommend this item for anyone who uses an emulsion mixer with chopper attachment. It’s several products in one.
