This is one great quality tankless propane water heater in my opinion! It comes with everything needed to set up an outdoor shower except for two D-cell batteries and propane of course lol. It was relatively simple to install and set up, and it has done an amazing job of heating the water. I like that it is very easy to adjust the settings using the controls on the front of the unit. So far, it has been working perfectly for us, so I highly recommend this product with the top five star recommendation and ranking for sure!

The media could not be loaded. seller, before you respond with possible solutions: this is my second unit. the old one was a 10L (less than 1 year old) started having issues with temp adjustment and waterflow from shower head. So I purchased this one as a replacement and opted for the larger 16L with better gpm. install was identical, all went fine until I tried to get propane burner to light. There was no audible click, and burners would not light. Additional detail follows 1. batteries are new, and properly placed +\- 2. propane is a full tank, was turned on and confirmed no gas leaks. 3. well has constant 45+ psi, line in to Shower kit has 35+psi 4. water flow from shower head is satisfactory 5. according to troubleshooting guide it could be a burner element issue, control board or internal gas element (line or valve). 6. I followed instructions for removing faceplate for visual inspection if wiring and such; nothing appears damaged or disconnected. I have always had a great experience with your products up until now. and this one has me stumped. I suspect there is something defective with this unit.

So I am saving this for camping but I have to say that as a Plumber and the fact that I have installed numerous tankless water heaters I'm impressed with the specs I see. At current water saving rates this water heater boasts 4.4 gpm at 110,000 btu's of heat. That is over 70,000 btu's more than my current tank water heater, it offers battery operated ignition, and portable use with propane. I am super impressed what it offers for the price. 4.4 gpm should run 2-3 showers or 5 faucets at current water saving specs. Impressive package for the price!

This water heater is 25.5" X 15 3/4" X 7.5" and incased in a metal structure. It weight 25.5lbs disconnected. I noticed they have mounting loops on the back. It has temperature control features. But it's not just a water heater.; Its also a portable shower. The unit comes with a hand-held shower head and tubing. However, the shower head is very lightweight and feel like it's entirely plastic. Overall, I recommend this for camping and and home for having a warm shower outdoors.

I had the heater professionally installed. Did not work. The flame would fire but shut off after a second or two. I called the company support. No help. They generated a customer service ticket but nothing happened. I reached out to Amazon. Amazon sent a replacement. The replacement works but barely. The unit has dials for gas flow and for water flow. But the heater flame will not stay lit unless both the gas and the water flow are near the "zero" range of the dials. Sometimes the heater shuts off while the shower is running. The heating could also be quicker. I've seen some units from competitor brands that heat the water more quickly. Overall, we will keep this unit and make it work. But I would never buy from this company again and I recommend others to stay away.

Unit says it can operate 10-110psi but when I attempted to run it at around 15psi it would not function. I contacted the manufacturer and they said their publications were incorrect and that all of their products require 30-40psi to operate. The manual even says, in the troubleshooting section, that it really only needs 3.6psi, which is just wrong. Customer support was very friendly. Do not purchase these products if you cannot guarantee 40psi at the tap. I am returning the product.
