Product received was not as described. Ordered size 13x20 received a size 12x20. Sent in for a replacement and the replacement description was size 13x20, also received a size 12 x20 so neither fit is the space we had dedicated for it without adjustments. First thunderstorm, the side ripped out, so durability is poor and another day with 15-20 mph winds, the front ripped the grommets out of the reinforced fabric as well. Easy enough to assemble if you have set one up before. Instructions were incomplete. Also did not receive the sand bags that were supposed to be included. Due to the size, return of the item was not free, as we were not able to get it to a drop off location.

Got mine delivered on 4/10/2026. I have a physical handicap so many people said it takes only an hour or so to erect, it took me 4 days. Anyways I did reach out to Amazon cuz the instructions are very poor. The item was erected to house a car in my backyard. I like the four windows, and the doors on each end is a huge plus! I spend a lot of time in the garage and with the Florida winds it sways and creaks which makes me awfully anxious and apprehensive. (I’m really not looking forward to when a hurricane comes through. I don’t have much confidence in it.) Nevertheless, I was short 1 bungee tie, GarveeLife’s customer service was contacted and THEY ARE THE WORST! I’m a a big proponent for great customer service and they really need work! I’ve never experienced anything like them before in my life! I’m a nice person so I didn’t provoke to be inadequate either. They had me jump through hoops (providing them proof of purchase) just for a .50 bungee tie and they still denied me! Overall, the canopy/garage is of descent quality.

The carport itself is good quality and can be assembled by one person, though it took about four hours to fully secure. However, I ordered a 13x20 size with 8 sandbags, but received a 12x20 size without sandbags and with some parts missing. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement, but they sent another 12x20 unit—again without sandbags. At that point, I was tired of calling and asked for a credit instead. They only offered $31.75, which doesn’t seem worth the time and trouble involved.
