It was super easy to install, it blows super cold , my room is about 12’ x 14’ . The A/C is not too noisy ( noise is subjective but I’ve had a few different portable a/c’s and this one is truly not too bad !) the instruction come with a phone number and an email for issues or questions . We purchased two of these after our mini split system broke down. We decided to go with these instead of the traditional window units. No heavy lifting! Couldn’t be happier. Easy to install, seems to be running efficiently. Cooled down the rooms rather quickly. Noise level is probably the same as a window unit, but less overall noise, it’s a much smoother sound if that makes sense. Would definitely recommend these units! ... show more

    • In humid areas, drainage is an issue

The drainage systems in humid areas is labor intensive. Need a bucket to catch the water or the system fills quickly with water and shuts off until you drain it manually. I stuck the drain hose out the window, now I can’t move the AC away from the window.

Just set it up and dang this thing is small but pumps out the cold air. I purchased for a bedroom to Kool it down during gaming and it will do the job! 💪 The hardware to install is good and easy. I recommend this unit for a good size room 350sqft. Or smaller.
