BRRRR.... Works Amazing!! Throws cool air and cooled my place down in no time. My dog is happy as well. Its quiet and easy to figure out. If you dont want it to kick on and off be sure to take it off eco and auto mode. I set mine to Cool and the fan speed to High, Medium or Low instead of Auto. This will make it keep running rather than kick on and off. Prior to buying this I was using a room to room AC which is a royal pain. They take up too much room due to the hose and the hose throws a bunch of hot air which defeats the purpose. With this type of AC I dont have that problem and I can still use the window on days when it's not too hot. If your on the fence about getting this style AC dont hesitate and get yourself one. You wont regret it. I dont typically write reviews but I had to with this. I have to go outside to warm up thats how well it works. ... show more

Works great but it has a funky smell. I had to drain the coolant and clean out the filter which was a hassle but this system itself works great. The unit itself isn’t too noisy but isn’t quiet either. There has been no leakage since I’ve gotten it but it’s still a few month old. The unit is heavy so I would recommend having someone help to set it up. I would definitely say this is worth the money as long as you’re willing to put in the work! ... show more

Not as Advertised — Requesting Replacement and Partial Refund This unit is **not ultra-quiet as advertised**. The noise level is much louder than expected, especially for a product specifically marketed as ideal for bedrooms, offices, and other quiet spaces. I have **posted a video of the unit so you can hear the actual noise level for yourself**. The video demonstrates that the unit does not live up to the advertised "Ultra-Quiet Cooling" claim. I contacted Amazon about this issue and was told that I would be issued a **replacement order**. I originally purchased this air conditioner in June 2026**, and it is now **August 2026, yet I still have not received the replacement or been contacted with an update. This has been especially frustrating given the multiple heat waves we have experienced. I purchased this unit expecting dependable and quiet cooling, and the product has not met those expectations. At this point, I am requesting **a new replacement unit and a partial refund for the inconvenience and the time I have spent dealing with this issue**. I believe this would be a fair resolution given that the product does not perform as advertised and the promised replacement has not been provided. This item was a return. It had a screw missing in the side, and the water drain was full, I tried starting it and it shut off in under 10 minutes, damage to the heat-exchanger coils outside side and one screw was cross threaded. If you are going to send a used then this is not a good deal unless you inform the consumer. I encourage you to do better, I do not have the ability to be boxing this up and sending it back and am just very lucky it even works at this point. It's not very noisy but it is also very basic with the exception of the inverter. I will see how power efficient it is over time if it holds out. Do not send used items when you claim they are new. ... show more

Coldest AC - Money can buy , Super quiet Super-Cold* , sleep mode works 100% , U-Shaped Means Half the unit is outside where it belongs/ NO chance of water Leaking In ...if correctly installed...you will need a coat gloves and a nit cap for this one , Easiest installation possible - But I recommend getting an installer as it's very important to install correctly /Sealing the Unit Correctly...remote worked well ..this AC makes half the noise of a common AC ....but (3) times as COLD° . So far I am very impressed. ... show more

This is a great window unit. I was able to install it myself. Works wonderful, keeps my house cool. Not loud at all. Great value for my money and it didn’t make my electric bill go sky high which is a major plus. I have recommended this unit to almost everyone I know that needs or uses window units.
