Just got my 20x20 carport all assembled. The kit had everything needed, extra screws, and clear instructions. Took a weekend to assemble, definitely need at least 2 or 3 people for the main lifting. The thing is TALL! Only issue is the shipping. The first time ordering this, they used UPS, only delivered 7 out of the 8 boxes, and multiple boxes were heavily damaged. This is the 2nd time ordering it and it only had one leg that was dented up. Packaging has really been the only issue.

Long story short. We were shorted box B of the set. Tried to get the right box and a duplicate box D showed up. Contacted Garvee and they said I would hear from them within 48 hours by email. Never got an email from them. I returned it after waiting to hear back from them.

The Garvee building is good. However, they deliver 10 boxes. Most are damaged. Amazon is useless. They want you to return the entire building for a refund rather than just replace a box. The Amazon customer service is garbage. Garvee customer servive is great.

Went together fine. All holes lined up and the finish is good. Only thing I would change is the center brace. I think it should be longer which would make it stronger. Also it lacks caps for the ends. I found them on amazon all for about 15 dollars.
