The bag is well made and thought out. The only detractor is no option for a lithium battery. The old style battery is heavy and given its intended use is extreme cold, lithium is the sensible choice.

Amazing little portable kit. Good deal too. If you start adding up the cost for transducer, battery, bag, cables, etc etc, it come up to more that the price of this little kit. BE AWARE: You MAY need to also order the following adapter cable if your Garmin has an orange 12-pin transducer connector. (73sv, 74sv, 75sv, etc...) Part number is: Garmin 010-12718-00 (~$25). Google for installation instruction for this Small Kit. It lists the required adaptor cable you MAY need to buy. ... show more
