Description

Whether you climb the highest peaks or are inspired by those who do, MARQ Expedition compels you to push further. No other modern tool watch puts smart features, topographic maps and real-time ascent data right at the wrist. Should adventure take you to higher altitudes, a Pulse Ox sensor (this is not a medical device and is not intended for use in the diagnosis or monitoring of any medical condition) monitors your blood oxygen saturation levels. Stay true to your path with built-in ABC navigation sensors and an etched, 2-tone compass bezel. An Italian vacchetta leather strap ages beautifully to elevate your style, while its articulated design ensures an exceptional fit as you go to extremes. The finer details, such as the wide-gauge signature “X” stitch, impart character and unparalleled durability. So you can stand on top of the world with an extraordinary instrument, crafted to explore it.

  • Exactly What I Expected from Garmin
Style: Expedition
I've used Garmin watches for the past six years, and after reading some of the negative reviews here, it's clear many of those folks have never actually owned a Garmin. Yes, the screen isn’t ultra-bright like some other brands—but that’s the point. It’s still easy to read, even in daylight, and the design looks clean and sharp. I’m not a fan of flashy displays that burn through battery life in a day. This watch strikes the right balance, it looks great, feels solid, and delivers all the features you’d expect from Garmin. Highly recommend for anyone who actually values function. ... show more

  • Disappointed

Doesn't worth the money... I think I never buy garmin again. Screen is not good and dark even with 100 % luminosité. Quality is not good for the price... I was very disappointed.

  • Best Garmin I've owed
Style: Athlete
I'm a fairly serious runner and so despite the very high cost, I sprang for the Marq. From a functionality perspective (I upgraded from a Fenix 5), I love the new OS. The widgets are great and I am also finding that the new GPS chipset is significantly better than the Fenix especially when I run in Manhattan near tall buildings. Finally, I find the race predictor to be far more accurate than the fenix 5. While most of the things in the above paragraph might also hold true for the Fenix 6 or Forerunner 945, I also really like the titanium case, weight and size of the Marq enough to justify the extra cost. It feels less bulky than the fenix and the materials feel (and look) like they are higher quality. ... show more

  • Misleading pics and failing watch
Style: Athlete
The seller provides the photos of the Garmin Marq Athlete Gen 2 whereas it delives the Gen 1 product - which is very misleading. The watch face / data was fading away despite strong battery. Worst product I ve bought since becoming an Amazing member in 1998.

  • MARQ Captain
Style: Captain
This review is for the Garmin Marq Captain 1. (Not Captain 2, which is awesome) The screen is awful. I have a 10-year old Fossil smartwatch with a better screen. Do not buy. You will be disappointed. Save up/splurge for the Captian gen 2.

  • Small face

I was expecting a much larger bezel. It is too small for me. The watch was nice. Looked good but not what expected.
