I love Garmin and this 55 forerunner is awesome. It's great for any sport. You can add or remove activity options. There's a nice size bank to choose from. It holds a lot of health info. I can monitor my period on it, stress, sleep, activity, etc. one of the things I like is, it can detect when you go for a walk or a run or a ride and logs it, even if you forget to log the activity. It also lasts long. I've had it for more than a year. You can set what notifications get sent to the watch (which apps can do that). It has even training coaches that you can utilize for different sports. You can join different challenges from different sports. It also holds a charge for over a week mostly. There's countless reviews here, online, and personal testimonies to the watch but here's what I think: Easy set-up Versatile Good feel (also good for quick adjustments when your arms get puffy) The accuracy of distance measurements are consistent to other GPS systems like Google Earth especially in running mode. It is a lot smaller than I expected. Watch and band. If you are a tall person, will look small. The screen is very dark and even with “light” function it still dark. The watch is fine. It is MUCH smaller than I expected. It is suitable for a lady's wrist, but too small for a man's wrist in my opinion. The band barely fits my wrist.
