I have not had to use the insurance i bought on it so i cannot speak to that. watch came flawless and setup easy, with power cord. I wish they still made this model, it seems Garmin has thrown the entire kitchen and sink in for options- that is just not needed. Great watch. Bright display. Easy to read. Fantastic battery life. Everything you expect from a Garmin watch. Was worried the 51mm face would be large on my small wrist. Looks fine. No complaints about the size. The flashlight feature is surprisingly helpful. Use it way more than I thought I would.

The only reason it's not 5 starts is because it often drops the bluetooth even when my phone is right next to it. Which I find odd because the range of it is really good when it works. Other than that it's a great watch

I received in a Garmin Epix Pro Gen 2, 47mm in a Garmin refurb box. All included, the watch received is in new condition. The Epix Pro (Gen 2) 47mm is a top-tier, recent flagship model with an AMOLED display, built-in LED flashlight, and advanced sensors (multi-band GNSS, Elevate Gen 5 HR). Excellent deal for this model. All good so far. Updated review: After one month, this Epix Pro Gen 2 developed severe battery drain, lasting under two days even with monitors disabled. This is the second failed unit bought via Amazon, highlighting potential quality control issues. It is disappointing compared to my 4-year-old, reliable Venu 2 Plus from Best Buy; the Epix Pro in Amazon is not worth it. ... show more
