Amazon sent replacement that was complete. Too many incomplete orders from this vendor. I think that I would order elsewhere. Thanks to Amazon for sending another one out quickly. As for the actual product, this should work perfectly for my Motor Guide Xi3 Kayak trolling motor deploy and stow needs.
