Works better than what's available at the local stores. Mostly used by truck drivers for its hands-free ability. Does everything its described to do. It's comfortable but can't wear these for more than 2hrs as its put a bit of pressure on the contact point of my head. The background noise cancellation is good but not as great as Blue Parrot, although its more comfortable its feature isn't as accommodating. I've had several wireless hands-free headset and nothing beats Plantronics but sadly they were bought out and their tech have been down graded. ... show more

    • As a OTR trucker, I would 100% not recommend this headset

I had it basically fall apart (the leather on the earcups is glued together) I guess from heat and sweat. But I live in Texas, and it's hot most of the year. And with it being a noise cancelling headset the earcups are solid, not vented. I returned it, amazon was great as usual. (Bought two of these, one from Amazon and one from Loves.) They both fell apart in the same way. Amazon returned, Loves would not. So here's a little information, if you're considering this headset. Pros: -Battery Life -Interconnection with other Garmin stuff -USB C charging -Solid Call Quality Cons: -400$ Headset (Depending on price fluctuations ofc). -This is by far the cheapest feeling headset I have ever used. It creaks when moving your head, the entire thing is made of cheap plastic. It's bulky, and poorly manufactured. -The boom arm is flexible, and if you bump it on something (you will) it will change the sound quality of your call. One little bump and all the sudden the person you're talking too can't hear you anymore, highly frustrating. -The noise cancellation is very underwhelming. I didn't use it much anyways, but I'd have preferred no ANC and ventilated /replaceable earcups. -Speaking of, can't replace the earcups (I mean, you can glue new ones in to place if you want. But that Pleather stuff is going to be flaking and peeling in a year or two even if your headset doesn't fall apart like mine did. -The headband attaches with little metal tabs that can get pulled out if you stretch the headset a little too far (like if you have a big head, like me) which makes it impossible to close the headband all the way. Overall, it feels like one of those old gaming headsets they sold in the 90's. Super cheap overmolded plastic and pleather. With no way to fix things that break with it. Highly recommend this headset be avoided. It's not to the quality of it's price. ... show more

Pros: Comfort, call quality, battery life, Bluetooth distance and sound. Cons: Anc, headstet will literally start falling apart after 6 months of use. Would only recommend if you purchase with warranty. Too expensive for such poor craftsmanship

I'm a truck driver and have been using blueparrot for over 10 years, but when my 550 headset broke I decided to try a different product. The pad is much bigger than blueparrot headsets (look at my pics) and I wear glasses and wearing this garmin headset is so so nice. Your ear fits inside the memory foam pad, and no ear pain after wearing it for hours tonight. I love when you raise the mic straight up it'll mute the call plus I can leave my phone in the truck and walk about 200 feet away and still talk on the phone. And i received a update from the garmin app to the headset wirelessly, No computer needed. Great product and very fast shipper. Less than 24hrs after I ordered it was at my door ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are more comfortable than my parrot. I think I had the 650s or the par brand and it would always hurt my ear after wearing it for a while connectivity not issue with the Garmin. I had a lot of drop phone calls or drop signals with the Parrot, No issues at all I waited six months before doing this review the best that but very concerned with the likely breakage point where the van and the air meet it’s very very finicky banging the headset around that shit pretty decent amount of time. Comfortable and best sounding and pets I’ve ever had so no complaints ... show more
