In my opinion this is the easiest way to mince a small/medium amount of garlic. You can just crush/roll it over each clove and it’s instantly minced. Also pretty easy to clean with a brush and there’s no parts or small areas like other garlic presses I’ve used that are difficult to clean. If you’re doing a lot 20+ cloves I’d still use a food processor but this little press is press easy. It does take some force, so not for kids but if you can lift a 50lb bag in front of you, I’d say you have enough strength to crush down the garlic easily.

The garlic crusher itself is great and worth the price of the whole set, which is good because the little black roller thing they give you to peel the cloves doesn't work at all and the little brush doesn't do anything to get the garlic out of the holes. But it's fine because you only get like 15 holes at a time that the garlic sticks in and all you have to do is push it out from one side with your finger or thumb while you're washing it and it comes out fine.

I use a LOT of garlic in my cooking. Don't like the taste of the ready made store ones in the jar. Fresh is best. This tool works great. Never have a problem using it. I just peel the garlic, slice it depending on size I need) then press it wit this too. I take a sharp knife and run it through the inside and I get wonderfully uniform mined garlic. If you leave it unsliced then the mince is larger. there's a section for just smashing it without mincing as well. Super easy to clean and store. Love this tool

I don't know how I cooked before I had this gadget! I will now put garlic in every dish even if it doesn't call for it just so I can use this. Seriously this thing is awesome! I used to dice up garlic with a knife which does work but isn't nearly as fun as this thing is. I tried those garlic presses that you put the clove in and squeeze but those were bulky, awkward, seemed to waste a bunch of garlic that would get stuck, hard to clean and some just fell apart. This comes with all things pictured - the press, a peeler (the black rubber tube), a scraper and a brush. Put your garlic clove into the black rubber tube and roll on the counter to remove the skin. This took a little bit of practice to get it to work but once you know how much pressure to apply and roll it vigorously, it works wonderfully. then place peeled garlic clove on a cutting board (I prefer to use a paper plate because the garlic was penetrating my cutting board and then everything was tasting like garlic) and pressing down with a rolling motion. Use the scraper to scrape off the garlic. Then rinse and use the brush to clean. Easy peasy, garlic squeezy. Really for the price, you can go wrong!

I like it but you better have strong wrists because you need to use a lot of pressure to roll into that Garlic. I like it though. It serves its purpose. Been wanting one for a long time and finally purchased one on Amazon. Glad it came with the extra accessories. They come in handy with it.
